Abstract
Description
a) 連続気泡の炭化ケイ素の準備、
b) 連続気泡の炭化ケイ素の樹脂による少なくとも部分的な含浸及び
c) 樹脂の硬化
を有する方法により製造可能である。
1. 含浸の際に、例えば真空含浸又は真空加圧含浸のような特別な技術を適用するのが好ましい。このような技術によって、存在する気泡の一部の充填が初めて可能となり、例えば、狭い気泡ネック部の導通のような充填抵抗が克服される。このような措置を適用しなくても、一度充填された樹脂は再びこの成形品から流出できない。
寸法Φ35×30mmのSiC管を使用した。ハルシック−R(Halsic-R)の商品名の管が、Morgan Advanced Ceramics W Haldenwanger Technische Keramik GmbH & Co KG社(Waldkraiburg,ドイツ国)により市販されている。この炭化ケイ素管にフェノール樹脂を含浸する前に、5つの試料を調査した。これらの試料の測定された特性及び標準偏差sは表1中にまとめられている。これらの特性は、試験規格DINにより確認した。これらの試料の透過性は、材料が緻密ではないため測定できなかった。
Claims (9)
- 連続気泡の炭化ケイ素ネットワークを備え、前記気泡は少なくとも部分的に硬化されたフェノール樹脂により含浸されている熱交換器管又は熱交換器板。
- 前記フェノール樹脂は、前記熱交換器管又は熱交換器板が、前記熱交換器管又は熱交換器板の表面に連続する樹脂皮膜を有しないように含浸されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の熱交換器管又は熱交換器板。
- フェノール樹脂の質量割合は50%までであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の熱交換器管又は熱交換器板。
- 前記連続気泡の炭化ケイ素は、0〜80体積%の連続気泡率及び1.9〜3.5g/cm3の見掛密度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の熱交換器管又は熱交換器板。
- 前記炭化ケイ素は少なくとも1種の鉱物質充填剤を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の熱交換器管又は熱交換器板。
- 前記熱交換器管又は熱交換器板に樹脂が含浸されていて、かつ少なくとも1種の炭素繊維が巻き付けられているか又は前記少なくとも1種の炭素繊維で強化されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の熱交換器管又は熱交換器板。
- 連続気泡の炭化ケイ素ネットワークを準備し、前記炭化ケイ素ネットワークの気泡にフェノール樹脂を含浸し、前記フェノール樹脂を硬化させる、熱交換器管又は熱交換器板の製造方法。
- フェノール樹脂の硬化後に、前記熱交換器管又は熱交換器板に少なくとも1種の炭素繊維を巻き付けることを有する、請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記炭化ケイ素は少なくとも1種の鉱物質充填剤を含有することを特徴とする、請求項7又は8記載の方法。
