Claims (17)
- 第1消費側(6;26)に接続した上側ベーンポンプ部と、下側ベーン圧力領域及び前記上側ベーンポンプ部に接続した下側ベーン吸込領域に区分けした下側ベーン領域を有する下側ベーンポンプ部と、を備えるベーンポンプにおいて、
前記下側ベーン圧力領域を、前記下側ベーン吸込領域から離隔させ、かつ第2消費側(7;27)に接続したことを特徴とするベーンポンプ。 - 請求項1記載のベーンポンプにおいて、前記区分けした各下側ベーン領域に、異なる圧力が加わることができるようにしたことを特徴とするベーンポンプ。
- 請求項1又は2記載のベーンポンプにおいて、前記下側ベーン吸込領域は、少なくとも1個の下側ベーン溝部(21,22)を有し、該下側ベーン溝部(21,22)は、前記上側ベーンポンプ部の圧力領域(17,18)を介して前記第1消費側(6;26)に接続したことを特徴とするベーンポンプ。
- 請求項3記載のベーンポンプにおいて、前記下側ベーン吸込領域の前記下側ベーン溝部(21,22)を、前記上側ベーンポンプ部の吸込領域(15,16)に対して半径方向内方に配置し、かつ周方向にオーバーラップするよう配置したことを特徴とするベーンポンプ。
- 請求項3又は4記載のベーンポンプにおいて、下側ベーン圧力領域は、少なくとも1個の下側ベーン溝部(31,32)を有し、該下側ベーン溝部(31,32)を、前記第2消費側(7;27)に接続したことを特徴とするベーンポンプ。
- 請求項5記載のベーンポンプにおいて、前記下側ベーン圧力領域の前記下側ベーン溝部(31,32)は、前記圧力領域(17,18)に対して半径方向に内方に配置し、かつ周方向にオーバーラップするよう配置したことを特徴とするベーンポンプ。
- 請求項5又は6記載のベーンポンプにおいて、前記下側ベーン吸込領域及び前記下側ベーン圧力領域は、それぞれ2個の互いに対向配置した前記下側ベーン溝部(21,22;31,32)を有する構成としたことを特徴とするベーンポンプ。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項記載のベーンポンプにおいて、前記下側ベーン吸込領域及び前記下側ベーン圧力領域は、シール(35)により互いに離隔する構成としたことを特徴とするベーンポンプ。
- 請求項8記載のベーンポンプにおいて、前記シール(35)は、平面図で見てほぼ8の字状を呈し、前記シール(35)の外側には前記下側ベーン吸込領域を配置し、また前記シール(35)の内側には前記下側ベーン圧力領域を配置したことを特徴とするベーンポンプ。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項記載のベーンポンプにおいて、前記第2消費側(7;27)は、液圧アキュムレータ(8;28)を含む構成としたことを特徴とするベーンポンプ。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項記載のベーンポンプにおいて、前記第2消費側(7;27)と該第2消費側(7;27)に接続する前記下側ベーン圧力領域との間に逆止弁(41)を配置したことを特徴とするベーンポンプ。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項記載のベーンポンプにおいて、前記下側ベーン圧力領域は、切り替え弁(45)を介して前記下側ベーン吸込領域に接続可能としたことを特徴とするベーンポンプ。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項記載のベーンポンプにおいて、前記下側ベーン圧力領域は、切り替え弁(55)を介して前記第1消費側(6,26)に接続可能としたことを特徴とするベーンポンプ。
- 請求項12又は13記載のベーンポンプにおいて、前記切り替え弁(45,55)を、電磁的又は液圧的に動作可能に構成したことを特徴とするベーンポンプ。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか一項記載のベーンポンプにおいて、付加的な弁(74)を、前記下側ベーン吸込領域、又は前記上側ベーンポンプ部の前記圧力領域(17,18)と、該圧力領域(17,18)に割り当てた消費側(6;26)との間に接続したことを特徴とするベーンポンプ。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか一項記載のベーンポンプにおいて、前記下側ベーン圧力領域の作動圧力は、前記下側ベーン吸込領域における作動圧力よりも大きいことを特徴とするベーンポンプ。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれか一項記載のベーンポンプにおいて、液圧抵抗部(48;58)を、それぞれの前記下側ベーン領域相互間、又は前記下側ベーン圧力領域と前記第1消費側(6;26)との間に接続したことを特徴とするベーンポンプ。
