Abstract
Description
1.皮膚120の外層をマッサージすること、
2.RFエネルギー130(例えば、周波数0.5MHz〜2MHz)を使用して脂肪層140を加熱すること、
3.電気的筋肉刺激(EMS)信号(例えば、±500mAの間のDC電流パルス)により、脂肪層140より下方の筋肉150を刺激すること。
ッチにより作動する。あるいは、使用者の皮膚との接触に伴って、例えば、使用者の皮膚を通じた回路が閉じられることにより、または脂肪減少装置110のヘッドに圧力がかかることにより、RFエネルギー130および/またはEMSパルスが作動するようにしてもよい。
とともに、使用者の皮膚に接触して配置される。任意で、反対極は、使用者の身体にパッチとして配置されるか、脂肪減少装置110を掴むハンドルに配置されて、閉回路が形成される。あるいは、脂肪減少装置110は、二極構成を採用することができる。この構成では、両方の極が、装置のヘッド115の複数の電極により具現化されるとともに、外部の電極は必要とされない。いくつかの実施形態では、複数の電極を有する多極構成が採用される。この構成では、ヘッド115のいくつかの電極が回路の第1の極に相当し、またいくつかの電極が反対極に相当する。任意で、電極の極性は、制御盤530で制御されるとともに、それらの極性が、脂肪減少装置110の使用中において変化するようにしてもよい。
Claims (25)
- 皮膚をマッサージするための装置であって、
前記皮膚の脂肪層の脂肪組織を加熱すべく高周波AC電流を発生するように適合されたRF発生器と、
前記脂肪層より下方の筋肉に対して電気的筋肉刺激を提供すべくDC電流のパルスを発生するように適合された電気パルス発生器と、
使用者の前記皮膚に接触して配置されるように適合された1または複数のヘッドを備えるアプリケータとを備え、
前記ヘッドは、前記脂肪層より上方の使用者の外層をマッサージするマッサージ接触部として、または、前記AC電流および前記DC電流を伝達する電極として、または、これらの両方として機能する
装置。 - 前記電極は、前記AC電流および前記DC電流を断続的に印加するように適合されている
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記電極は、前記AC電流および前記DC電流を同時に印加するように適合されている
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記マッサージ接触部は、前記皮膚の前記外層を振動させるように適合されている
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記マッサージ接触部は、前記皮膚に対して負圧を付与するように適合されている
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記AC電流および前記DC電流は、前記装置を前記使用者の皮膚に接触した状態に配置すると作動されるように適合されている
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記AC電流および前記DC電流は、スイッチを作動させることにより作動されるように適合されている
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記装置の前記アプリケータにおける前記電極は、両極となって閉回路を形成する
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記装置の前記アプリケータにおける前記電極は第1の極となり、前記アプリケータの外部の電極は反対の極を提供して、閉回路を形成する
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記皮膚の前記脂肪層が上方および下方から同時に加圧されるように、前記電気的筋肉刺激は前記マッサージ接触部と同期される
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記ヘッドの少なくともいくつかは、マッサージ接触部としてのみ機能し、前記ヘッドのまたいくつかは、電極としてのみ機能する
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記電極のいくつかはAC電流のみ伝達し、またいくつかはDC電流のみ伝達する
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記使用者の前記皮膚の表面の温度測定値に応じて前記装置の動作を制御するように適合された制御盤をさらに備える
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記皮膚の前記表面の温度測定値を提供する温度センサを前記アプリケータにさらに備える
請求項13に記載の装置。 - 皮膚を施術する方法であって、
前記皮膚の外層をマッサージ要素でマッサージする工程と、
マッサージされる領域より下方の前記皮膚の脂肪層を、RFエネルギーを提供する1または複数の電極を用いて加熱する工程と、
前記脂肪層より下方の筋肉を、1または複数の電極により提供される電流パルスで刺激する工程とを備え、
前記マッサージ、前記加熱、および前記刺激は、単一の装置により実行される
方法。 - 前記加熱および前記刺激が断続的に作動されるように適合されている
請求項15に記載の方法。 - 前記加熱および前記刺激が同時に作動されるように適合されている
請求項15に記載の方法。 - 前記マッサージは、前記皮膚の前記外層を振動させることを含む
請求項15に記載の方法。 - 前記マッサージは、前記皮膚に対して負圧を付与することを含む
