Description
Claims (9)
- 鋼材で形成される外部管;及び
ステンレススチール、チタン、及びアルミニウムから選ばれる耐食用材質で形成され、前記外部管に挿入されることによってハイドロフォーミングによって前記外部管との摩擦結合がなされる内部管;を含むことを特徴とする二重ウォーターパイプ。 - 前記外部管は、亜鉛めっき鋼材、アルミニウムめっき鋼材及び非めっき鋼材から選ばれる材質で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二重ウォーターパイプ。
- (a)鋼材で形成された外部管に、ステンレススチール、チタン及びアルミニウムから選ばれる耐食用材質で形成され、外径が前記外部管の内径より小さい内部管を挿入する段階;
(b)金型に前記外部管を載置した後、前記内部管に流体を供給するための流体供給装置と連結される貫通ホールを備える密封手段で前記金型の両端を密封する段階;
(c)前記内部管に流体を供給し、前記内部管の塑性膨張及び前記外部管の弾性膨張を可能にする段階;及び
(d)前記流体を前記内部管から排出し、前記外部管の弾性回復によって前記内部管と前記外部管との摩擦結合を可能にする段階;を含むことを特徴とする二重ウォーターパイプの製造方法。 - 前記(c)段階では、前記内部管にダミー手段が挿入された状態で前記流体が前記内部管に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のウォーターパイプの製造方法。
- 前記ダミー手段は、複数の開閉バルブを備えており、前記密封手段と一体に形成され、前記複数の開閉バルブの開放を通して前記流体が前記内部管に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のウォーターパイプの製造方法。
- 前記(a)段階では、前記内部管が前記外部管に挿入された状態で前記内部管の両端部を拡管した後、前記拡管された部分を前記外部管に溶接で固定する過程をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のウォーターパイプの製造方法。
- 前記溶接は、前記内部管の両端部と前記外部管を部分的に溶接し、前記内部管の膨張時に非溶接部分を通して空気及び異物を排出することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のウォーターパイプの製造方法。
- 前記外部管には排出孔が形成され、前記内部管の膨張時に前記排出孔を介して空気及び異物を排出することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のウォーターパイプの製造方法。
- 前記外部管の膨張率は、前記金型によって弾性膨張の範囲に制限されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のウォーターパイプの製造方法。
