Claims (13)
- 主成分としてSiO2、Na2O、及びCaOを有するガラスセラミック材料において、前記材料が、SiO2から本質的に構成されかつ非晶質マトリックスの体積に均一に分散された結晶粒子を含むことを特徴とするガラスセラミック材料。
- 全重量の百分率割合として60〜85%のSiO2、1〜25%のNa2O、及び1〜25%のCaOを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラスセラミック材料。
- フッ素元素を含まないことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガラスセラミック材料。
- 鉛元素を含まないことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のガラスセラミック材料。
- 結晶粒子が5nm〜500μmのサイズを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のガラスセラミック材料。
- 結晶粒子が5nm〜500nmのサイズを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のガラスセラミック材料。
- 結晶粒子が500nm〜500μmのサイズを有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のガラスセラミック材料。
- 結晶粒子が一つ以上のSiO2多形の形態であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のガラスセラミック材料。
- 結晶粒子が本質的にクリストバライトの形態であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれに記載のガラスセラミック材料。
- ビッカース圧子によって測定すると6.5μm−0.5未満の脆性を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のガラスセラミック材料。
- 25〜300℃の範囲の温度変化について測定すると100×10−7/℃より大きいCTEを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のガラスセラミック材料。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載のガラスセラミック材料から構成されることを特徴とするシート。
- 請求項12に記載のシートを少なくとも一枚含むことを特徴とする物品。
