Claims (9)
- 主成分としてSiO2、Na2O、及びCaOを有するガラスセラミック材料から構成されるシートであって、前記ガラスセラミック材料が、ガラスセラミック材料の全重量に基づいて、60〜85%のSiO2、1〜25%のNa2O、1〜25%のCaO、及び酸化物の形態で表わすと3重量%までのリチウムを含むものにおいて、前記ガラスセラミック材料が、クリストバライトの形態でSiO 2 から本質的に構成されかつ非晶質マトリックスの体積に均一に分散された結晶粒子を含むことを特徴とするシート。
- ガラスセラミック材料がフッ素元素を含まないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシート。
- ガラスセラミック材料が鉛元素を含まないことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のシート。
- 結晶粒子が5nm〜500μmのサイズを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のシート。
- 結晶粒子が5nm〜500nmのサイズを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のシート。
- 結晶粒子が500nm〜500μmのサイズを有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のシート。
- ガラスセラミック材料がビッカース圧子によって測定すると6.5μm−0.5未満の脆性を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のシート。
- ガラスセラミック材料が25〜300℃の範囲の温度変化について測定すると100×10−7/℃より大きいCTEを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のシート。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のシートを少なくとも一枚含むことを特徴とする物品。
