Abstract
Description
Claims (22)
- 導電性繊維の構造層及び熱硬化性樹脂の第1の外層を含む硬化性プリプレグであって、前記樹脂層が熱可塑性粒子及びガラス状カーボン粒子を含む上記硬化性プリプレグ。
- 第1の外層によって形成されていないプリプレグの面を形成する第2の外側樹脂層を含む、請求項1に記載のプリプレグ。
- 第1の外側樹脂層と、存在する場合、第2の外側樹脂層の合計厚さが15〜50μmである、請求項1又は2に記載のプリプレグ。
- 前記熱可塑性粒子がポリアミドを含む、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載のプリプレグ。
- 前記熱可塑性粒子が、ポリアミド6、ポリアミド6/12、ポリアミド12又はその混合物を含む、請求項4に記載のプリプレグ。
- 前記熱可塑性粒子が、プリプレグ中の全樹脂に対して5〜20%、好ましくは10〜20%のレベルで存在する、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載のプリプレグ。
- 前記熱可塑性粒子が、0.5〜0.9の真球度を有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載のプリプレグ。
- 前記熱可塑性粒子が、5〜50μm、好ましくは10〜30μmの平均粒径d50を有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載のプリプレグ。
- 前記ガラス状カーボン粒子が、プリプレグ中の全樹脂に対して0.3〜2.0重量%、好ましくは0.5〜1.5重量%、より好ましくは0.5〜1.0重量%のレベルで存在する、請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載のプリプレグ。
- 前記ガラス状カーボン粒子が、10〜50μm、好ましくは20〜40μmの平均粒径d50を有する、請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載のプリプレグ。
- 前記ガラス状カーボン粒子の少なくとも50重量%が、5μm以内の平均粒径である、請求項1から10までのいずれか一項に記載のプリプレグ。
- 前記ガラス状カーボン粒子が、少なくとも0.95の真球度を有する、請求項1から11までのいずれか一項に記載のプリプレグ。
- 前記カーボン粒子の平均粒径と平均中間層厚さの比が、0.9:1〜1.5:1、より好ましくは1:1〜1.3:1である、請求項1から12までのいずれか一項に記載のプリプレグ。
- 熱可塑性粒子とガラス状カーボン粒子の重量比が、3:1〜50:1、好ましくは3:1〜40:1、より好ましくは5:1〜30:1、さらに好ましくは8:1〜20:1である、請求項1から13までのいずれか一項に記載のプリプレグ。
- 前記樹脂が二官能性エポキシ樹脂を含む、請求項1から14までのいずれか一項に記載のプリプレグ。
- 前記樹脂が、その主鎖中に少なくとも1つのメタ置換フェニル環を有する三官能性エポキシ樹脂を含む、請求項1から15までのいずれか一項に記載のプリプレグ。
- 前記樹脂がアミノスルホン硬化剤を含む、請求項1から16までのいずれか一項に記載のプリプレグ。
- 請求項1から17までのいずれか一項に記載の複数のプリプレグを含み、それによって、導電性繊維の複数の構造層並びに第1の外側樹脂層と、存在する場合、第2の外側樹脂層によって形成された複数の樹脂インターリーフ層を含むプリプレグスタック。
- 請求項1から18までのいずれか一項に記載のプリプレグ又はプリプレグスタックを高温及び任意選択で高圧にかけて硬化積層板を作製する方法によって得られる硬化複合積層板。
- 請求項18に記載の硬化複合積層板を含む航空機胴体構造。
- 航空機燃料タンク建造物の部品である、請求項20に記載の航空機胴体構造。
- 請求項1から17までのいずれか一項に記載のプリプレグを製造するための方法であって、粒子を含まない樹脂を構造繊維の面の一方又は両方と接触させるステップと、前記樹脂を前記繊維に含浸させるステップと、続いて、熱可塑性粒子及びガラス状カーボン粒子を含む樹脂を前記含浸構造繊維の面の一方又は両方と接触させるステップとを含む上記方法。
