- 前記超音波変換器が、およそ50KHzから5MHzの間の周波数で動作する音響パルスを送達するように構成され、前記音響パルスが、およそ8〜25MPaのピーク負圧および10MPaより大きいピーク正圧を有するパルス強度と、50周波より短いパルス長と、およそ0.1%から5%の間のデューティーサイクルと、5KHz未満のパルス繰り返し周波数とを有する、請求項21に記載の超音波治療装置。
- 患者の鼠径部の両側と一致するように寸法決めおよび構成された第1および第2の部分を備え、前記患者の皮膚に対する液体封止部を形成するように構成されるフレームと、
前記フレームに結合され、超音波変換器を前記患者の会陰および前立腺を覆って位置決めし運動させることを可能にするように構成されたリザーバ部分とを備える、超音波結合容器。 - 前記リザーバ部分に結合された直腸シースをさらに備える、請求項41に記載の超音波結合容器。
- 前記超音波変換器を受け入れるように構成され、前記リザーバ部分に結合されたレセプタクルをさらに備える、請求項41に記載の超音波結合容器。
- 前記リザーバ部分が柔軟である、請求項41に記載の超音波結合容器。
- 前記フレームが、前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分を連結させる第3の部分を備え、前記第3の部分が、直腸下方の前記患者の皮膚と一致するように構成される、請求項41に記載の超音波結合容器。
- 前記患者の陰嚢を前記会陰から離して保持するように構成された吊り紐をさらに備える、請求項41に記載の超音波結合容器。
- 前記フレームが、前記患者によって着用されるように構成された着用可能な衣服に結合される、請求項41に記載の超音波結合容器。
