【解決手段】脱脂システム1に、ボディ11を、薬液およびアルカリ電解水を含有する脱脂液2に浸漬するための脱脂槽3と、脱脂液2にマイクロバブルを混入させるためのマイクロバブル供給装置4と、脱脂槽3に薬液を供給するための薬液供給装置5と、脱脂槽3にアルカリ電解水を供給するためのアルカリ電解水供給装置6とを備える。

Claims (2)
- 脱脂対象物を、薬液およびアルカリ電解水を含有する脱脂液に浸漬するための脱脂槽と、
前記脱脂液にマイクロバブルを混入させるためのマイクロバブル供給装置と、
前記脱脂槽に前記薬液を供給するための薬液供給装置と、
前記脱脂槽に前記アルカリ電解水を供給するためのアルカリ電解水供給装置と
を備えることを特徴とする、脱脂システム。 - さらに、
前記脱脂槽に前記脱脂液を供給するための脱脂液供給装置を備え、
前記薬液供給装置および前記アルカリ電解水供給装置が、前記脱脂液供給装置に備えられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の脱脂システム。
