Abstract
【解決手段】一端に開口部17を有する外側継手部材11と、外側継手部材との間でボール13を介して角度変位を許容しながらトルクを伝達する内側継手部材12とを備え、外側継手部材の開口部を閉塞するブーツ21の大径端部22を外側継手部材の開口部に装着すると共にブーツの小径端部23を内側継手部材から延びるシャフト15に装着し、外側継手部材およびブーツの内部空間25に潤滑剤20を封入した等速自在継手であって、外側継手部材の開口部とブーツの大径端部22との間、およびシャフト15とブーツの小径端部との間に、外側継手部材およびシャフトの回転に対してブーツを静止状態に保持する玉軸受26,27を介在させ、ブーツの小径端部が装着されたブーツ取付アダプタ54に、シャフトとの干渉を防止するブーツガード部66を設ける。

Claims (6)
- 一端に開口部を有する外側継手部材と、前記外側継手部材との間でトルク伝達部材を介して角度変位を許容しながらトルクを伝達する内側継手部材とを備え、前記外側継手部材の開口部を閉塞する筒状のブーツの一端部を前記外側継手部材の開口部に装着すると共に前記ブーツの他端部を前記内側継手部材から延びる軸部材に装着した等速自在継手であって、
前記外側継手部材の開口部とブーツの一端部との間、および前記軸部材とブーツの他端部との間のそれぞれに、外側継手部材および軸部材の回転に対してブーツを静止状態に保持する回転機構を介在させ、前記両回転機構のうち前記ブーツの他端部が装着された回転機構の静止側部材に、前記軸部材の外周を囲撓して前記軸部材との干渉を防止するブーツガード部を設けたことを特徴とする等速自在継手。 - 前記ブーツガード部は、前記回転機構の静止側部材と一体的に筒状に形成されている請求項1に記載の等速自在継手。
- 前記回転機構の静止側部材は、前記回転機構にブーツの端部を装着するためのブーツ取付アダプタとした請求項1又は2に記載の等速自在継手。
- 前記ブーツの一端部が装着された回転機構の静止側部材あるいは前記ブーツの他端部が装着された回転機構の静止側部材のいずれか一方に、ブーツの組み付け後に潤滑剤を封入するための潤滑剤注入部を設けた請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の等速自在継手。
- 前記潤滑剤注入部は、前記外側継手部材および前記ブーツの外部空間と内部空間とに連通する孔とした請求項4に記載の等速自在継手。
- 前記回転機構として玉軸受を有する請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の等速自在継手。
