Abstract

加熱マントルにおいて65℃に加熱した1Lビーカー中で成分を合わせ、1分間あたり360回転で、アンカー翼を用いて均一化することにより、表6に従い、UV硬化性シアンデジタルオフセットインク調合物を調製した。

Claims (4)
- a)混合容器に少なくとも1つのモノマーおよび少なくとも1つの分散剤を添加し;
b)前記混合容器を加熱し;
c)撹拌しながら少なくとも1つの顔料をゆっくり添加して均一な混合物を生成させ;
d)混合しながら、少なくとも開始剤および熱安定剤および場合によっては均染剤を前記均一な混合物に添加して有色放射線硬化性液体インク組成物を生成させ;
e)前記有色放射線硬化性インク組成物を室温前後に冷却し;
f)前記有色放射線硬化性インク組成物を粉砕して組成物の粒径を約1μm未満に縮小させて、前記有色硬化性インク組成物を調製すること、を含む方法により調製される、有色硬化性液体インク組成物。 - 組成物の総重量に対して約10重量%から約40重量%の量、前記顔料が添加される、請求項1に記載のインク組成物。
- 前記インク組成物の粘度が、5ラジアン/sおよび25℃で約15,000センチポイズから約1,000,000センチポイズの範囲内である、請求項1に記載のインク組成物。
- 前記混合容器が、タンク直径に対するインペラ直径が約0.5から約0.9であるアンカー翼を含み、場合によっては高せん断翼での混合が続く、請求項1に記載のインク組成物。
