Abstract
【解決手段】入力装置からの使用者の離床動機付け条件、離床前提条件、離床準備順序に関する情報のうちの少なくとも二つに対応するプロセッサによって該使用者が使用者保持構造から離床する可能性を判断する。離床する可能性が高い場合には介護者に警報を発信する命令を含む記憶装置を備える。

Claims (24)
- 制御システムであって、
少なくとも一つの入力装置と、
前記少なくとも一つの入力装置からの情報を受信するように構成されたプロセッサであって、前記情報が、
離床動機付け条件、
離床前提条件、
離床準備順序のうち少なくとも二つに対応するプロセッサと、
前記プロセッサによって行われた時、前記使用者が前記使用者保持構造から離床する可能性が高いかどうかを前記プロセッサに判断させ、前記使用者が前記使用者保持構造から離床する可能性が高い場合に警報を発信する命令を含む記憶装置と
を備える制御システム。 - 前記離床動機付け条件が、前記使用者が最後にトイレに行ってからの時間を含む、請求項1に記載の制御システム。
- 前記時間が6時間を超えた場合に前記警報が発信される、請求項2に記載の制御システム。
- 前記使用者のI/Oバランスが400mLより大きい場合に前記警報が発信される、請求項1に記載の制御システム。
- 前記離床動機付け条件が、所定の時間にわたって使用者保持構造に対する使用者の動きが増加することを含む、請求項1に記載の制御システム。
- 前記離床準備順序が、圧力マップ、力センサー、画像取り込み装置、および3D画像センサーのうち少なくとも一つによって検出される情報を含む、請求項1に記載の制御システム。
- 前記離床準備順序が多くのセンサーで検出された情報を含み、前記使用者保持構造がマットレスを含むが、ここで前記の多くのセンサーはマットレスに結合されている、請求項1に記載の制御システム。
- 前記離床前提条件が、使用者の意識レベルを示す情報を含む、請求項1に記載の制御システム。
- 前記離床前提条件が、前記使用者保持構造の状況に対応する情報を含む、請求項1に記載の制御システム。
- 前記離床前提条件が、治療の状況に対応する情報を含む、請求項1に記載の制御システム。
- 前記離床前提条件および前記離床動機付け条件の少なくとも一つに対応する前記入力信号の少なくとも一つが電子カルテシステムによって提供される、請求項1に記載の制御システム。
- 前記離床前提条件および前記離床動機付け条件の少なくとも一つに対応する前記入力信号の少なくとも一つが介護者によって提供される、請求項1に記載の制御システム。
- 前記プロセッサが施設入力に対応する前記入力装置からの情報も受信し、前記命令が前記プロセッサに、前記施設入力に応じて前記警報を変更させる、請求項1に記載の制御システム。
- 前記施設入力が、施設プロトコール、施設ロジスティクス、患者集団、症例群、生活様式、施設パターン、リスク許容度、時刻、人員配置、介護者の巡回時間、所定時間内に警報に応答できる可能性の少なくとも一つに対応する情報を含む、請求項12に記載の制御システム。
- 前記警報が、ナースコールシステムを介して介護者に伝達される、請求項1に記載の制御システム。
- 前記離床前提条件が、前記使用者保持構造上に保持された人の生理学的特性、前記使用者保持構造上に保持された人の位置、前記使用者保持構造上に保持された人の重心、および前記使用者保持構造の配置のうち少なくとも一つに対応する情報を含む、請求項1に記載の制御システム。
- 前記離床動機付け条件が、ナースコールに応答がないことを含む、請求項1に記載の制御システム。
- 前記離床動機付け条件が、使用者が最近受けた医学的処置および使用者が現在服用している薬のうち少なくとも一つに対応する情報を含む、請求項1に記載の制御システム。
- 前記離床前提条件が、使用者の転倒リスク分析に対応する情報を含む、請求項1に記載の制御システム。
- 離床条件を予測する方法であって、
使用者を使用者保持構造から離床させるであろう動機付け条件を示す入力を受信するステップと、
前記入力に基づいて、いつ離床条件が起こる可能性が高いかを判断するステップと、
離床条件が起こる可能性が高い場合に警報を発信するステップとを含む方法。 - 前記動機付け条件が、前記使用者が最後にトイレに行ってからの時間を含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記動機付け条件が、前記使用者が前記使用者保持構造から最後に離床してからの時間を含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記動機付け条件が、所定の時間にわたって使用者保持構造に対する使用者の動きが増加することを含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 使用者保持構造上に保持された人の離床条件を予測する方法であって、
前記使用者保持構造に対する使用者の動きを示す入力信号を受信するステップと、
前記入力信号が離床プロファイルに似ているかどうかを判断するステップと、
前記入力信号が前記離床プロファイルに似ている場合に警報を発信するステップとを含む方法。
