Claims (10)
- 電気自動車に電源を供給する一つ以上の2次電池が積層されて構成される電気自動車用2次電池(110)と、
前記電気自動車の動力を発生する駆動モーター(140)と、
前記電気自動車用2次電池(110)と前記駆動モーター(140)の連結及び前記駆動モーター(140)の電力を制御するバッテリー制御器(80)と、
前記バッテリー制御器(80)に連結され、前記電気自動車用2次電池(110)に設定値以上の変位が発生すると、作動及び破裂される電気自動車用2次電池のスイッチ装置及びラプチャースイッチ(90−1)と含み、
前記電気自動車用2次電池(110)のスイッチ装置及び前記ラプチャースイッチ(90−1)は、前記電気自動車用2次電池(110)と前記駆動モーター(140)を連結するリレーを制御することを特徴とする、スイッチを利用した電気自動車用2次電池の安全装置。 - 前記電気自動車用2次電池(110)と前記駆動モーター(140)を連結するリレーは、前記電気自動車用2次電池のスイッチ装置及びラプチャースイッチ(90−1)に連結され、前記バッテリー制御器(80)により制御されるバッテリーリレーコイル部(100)と、
前記バッテリーリレーコイル部(100)により、前記電気自動車用2次電池(110)と前記駆動モーター(140)の連結を制御するバッテリーリレー接点部(105)と、
を含んで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスイッチを利用した電気自動車用2次電池の安全装置。 - 前記バッテリーリレー接点部(105)は、第1のバッテリーリレー接点部(106)及び第2バッテリーリレー接点部(107)が対をなして構成されて、前記バッテリーリレー接点部(105)は、第1のバッテリーリレー接点部(106)及び第2のバッテリーリレー接点部(107)が、前記バッテリー制御器(80)の出力部(81)から出力される制御出力数によって、複数のバッテリーリレーコイル部(100)により独立的に作動されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のスイッチを利用した電気自動車用2次電池の安全装置。
- 前記駆動モーター(140)側には、前記電気自動車用2次電池(110)により発生する電力が充電される充電部(120)と、前記駆動モーター(140)の速度及び方向を制御するインバーター部(130)とを含んで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスイッチを利用した電気自動車用2次電池の安全装置。
- 前記バッテリー制御器(80)は、前記電気自動車用2次電池(110)に設定値以上の変位が加えられた時に発生する前記電気自動車用2次電池のスイッチ装置及び前記ラプチャースイッチ(90−1)の作動及び破裂を感知して、電気自動車に警告信号を送ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスイッチを利用した電気自動車用2次電池の安全装置。
- 前記電気自動車用2次電池のスイッチ装置及び前記ラプチャースイッチ(90−1)は、前記電気自動車用2次電池(110)を構成する2次電池の数によって、一つ以上の前記電気自動車用2次電池のスイッチ装置及びラプチャースイッチ(70−1、70−2〜70−n)を前記2次電池の外部に付着、前記2次電池の間に設置、または別に備えられた2次電池固定構造物に固定し、さらに備えることができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスイッチを利用した電気自動車用2次電池の安全装置。
- 電気自動車用2次電池のスイッチ装置及びラプチャースイッチを利用した電気自動車用2次電池の保護方法において、
電気自動車のバッテリー制御器(80)から制御信号を伝送し、電気自動車用2次電池(110)と駆動モーター(140)の連結及び前記駆動モーター(140)の電力を制御する段階(S10)と、
前記電気自動車用2次電池(110)に設定値以上の変位が発生すると、前記電気自動車用2次電池のスイッチ装置及び前記ラプチャースイッチ(90−1)が作動及び破裂される段階(S20)と、
前記電気自動車用2次電池のスイッチ装置及び前記ラプチャースイッチ(90−1)の第1のスイッチ引き出し線(33)、第2のスイッチ引き出し線(34)、第3のスイッチ引き出し線(44)、第4のスイッチ引き出し線(45)、第5のスイッチ引き出し線(70)及び第6のスイッチ引き出し線(75)を介して、前記スイッチ装置及びラプチャースイッチ(90−1)の作動及び破裂をバッテリーリレーコイル部(100)が感知して遮断制御信号を出力する段階(S30)と、
前記バッテリーリレーコイル部(100)から磁気的な信号系統を通じて、前記遮断制御信号が前記バッテリーリレー接点部(105)に伝達され、前記バッテリーリレー接点部(105)が制御される段階(S40)と、
前記バッテリーリレー接点部(105)により、前記電気自動車用2次電池(110)と、前記電気自動車に動力を伝達する駆動モーター(140)とを連結するリレーを制御する段階(S50)と、
を含んで構成されることを特徴とする、スイッチを利用した電気自動車用2次電池の保護方法。 - 前記電気自動車用2次電池(110)と前記駆動モーター(140)を連結するリレーは、前記電気自動車用2次電池のスイッチ装置及び前記ラプチャースイッチ(90−1)に連結され、前記バッテリー制御器(80)により制御されるバッテリーリレーコイル部(100)と、
前記バッテリーリレーコイル部(100)により、前記電気自動車用2次電池(110)と前記駆動モーター(140)の連結を制御するバッテリーリレー接点部(105)と、
を含んで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のスイッチを利用した電気自動車用2次電池の保護方法。 - 前記バッテリーリレー接点部(105)は、第1のバッテリーリレー接点部(106)及び第2のバッテリーリレー接点部(107)が対をなして構成されて、前記バッテリーリレー接点部(105)は、第1のバッテリーリレー接点部(106)及び第2のバッテリーリレー接点部(107)が、前記バッテリー制御器(80)の出力部(81)から出力される制御出力数によって、複数のバッテリーリレーコイル部(100)により独立的に作動されることをことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のスイッチを利用した電気自動車用2次電池の保護方法。
- 前記駆動モーター(140)側には、前記電気自動車用2次電池(110)により発生する電力が充電される充電部(120)と、前記駆動モーター(140)の速度及び方向を制御するインバーター部(130)と、を含んで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のスイッチを利用した電気自動車用2次電池の保護方法。
