Claims (7)
- 外部回路が接続される端子部を有する導体の一端に電線の芯線が圧着される圧着部が設けられる圧着端子において、前記電線を前記圧着部の導体側に位置させて圧着接続する圧着端子。
- コネクタに一端がそれぞれ接続される一対の電線を湾曲させてこれらの電線の他端にそれぞれ接続される圧着端子を樹脂ブロックに取り付ける電線接続構造であって、前記樹脂ブロックに取り付けられる一対の圧着端子は、請求項1に記載の圧着端子であり、前記一対の電線を交差させて配索する電線接続構造。
- 前記一対の電線は、前記一対の圧着端子間の内側に配索されてなる請求項2に記載の電線接続構造。
- 前記一対の圧着端子は、前記導体を略直角に折り曲げた先に前記端子部が形成され、前記圧着部に圧着接続される前記電線の仮想軸線と前記端子部を含む仮想平面とが交差する角度が互いに異なって形成される請求項2又は3に記載の電線接続構造。
- 電源と負荷とを接続する電気接続箱であって、
前記電源側の電線と前記負荷側の電線とが共通に接続されるバスバを保持するターミナルブロックと、前記ターミナルブロックを収容する導電性のケースとを有し、
前記電源側に接続される一対の電線は、それぞれ両端に接続される圧着端子のうち一方の圧着端子が前記ケースの底部に配されるコネクタに接続されるとともに、他方の圧着端子が前記ターミナルブロックの上に取り付けられる樹脂ブロックに保持され、
前記樹脂ブロックは、該樹脂ブロックが前記ターミナルブロックの上に取り付けられたときに、前記他方の圧着端子が前記バスバと当接可能な位置に配置されるように形成され、
前記他方の圧着端子には、請求項1に記載の圧着端子が用いられ、
前記電源側に接続される一対の電線を互いに交差させて配索してなる電気接続箱。 - 前記樹脂ブロックには、前記他方の圧着端子の前記圧着部を収容する収容室が設けられてなる請求項5に記載の電気接続箱。
- 前記樹脂ブロックには、該樹脂ブロックが保持する前記他方の圧着端子を包囲する絶縁性のカバー部材が取り付けられてなる請求項5又は6に記載の電気接続箱。
