Abstract
【解決手段】油圧アクチュエータに作動流体を供給して駆動する油圧駆動ユニット100であって、作動油を吸い込んで吐出する油圧ポンプ10と、油圧ポンプ10を回転駆動する電動機30と、油圧ポンプ10の回転軸2と電動機30の回転軸との間で動力を伝達する動力伝達機構50と、動力伝達機構50が伝達する動力によって駆動され、当該動力伝達機構50内の潤滑用流体を導いて電動機30を冷却する循環機構60とを備えることを特徴とする。

Claims (7)
- 流体圧アクチュエータに作動流体を供給して駆動する流体圧駆動ユニットであって、
作動流体を吸い込んで吐出する流体圧ポンプと、
前記流体圧ポンプを回転駆動する電動機と、
前記流体圧ポンプの回転軸と前記電動機の回転軸との間で動力を伝達する動力伝達機構と、
前記動力伝達機構が伝達する動力によって駆動され、当該動力伝達機構内の潤滑用流体を導いて前記電動機を冷却する循環機構と、を備えることを特徴とする流体圧駆動ユニット。 - 前記動力伝達機構は、前記流体圧ポンプの回転軸と一体に回転する第一ギアと、前記電動機の回転軸と一体に回転する第二ギアと、前記第一ギアと前記第二ギアとの間に設けられて動力を伝達するアイドルギアと、を有し、
前記循環機構は、前記第一ギア,前記第二ギア,及び前記アイドルギアの少なくともいずれか一つと一体に回転して前記動力伝達機構内の潤滑用流体をかき上げる回転部材を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体圧駆動ユニット。 - 前記循環機構は、
前記回転部材がかき上げた潤滑用流体を前記電動機に導く供給流路と、
前記電動機に導かれた潤滑用流体を前記動力伝達機構内に戻す還流流路と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流体圧駆動ユニット。 - 前記回転部材は、前記アイドルギアと一体に回転するインペラであることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の流体圧駆動ユニット。
- 前記電動機は、前記流体圧ポンプと並列に並べて配置され、
前記流体圧ポンプと前記電動機とが同一の面に取り付けられ、前記流体圧ポンプの回転軸と前記電動機の回転軸とが貫通するプレートを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の流体圧駆動ユニット。 - 前記流体圧ポンプの回転軸と共通の回転軸を用い、供給される作動流体によって回転駆動される流体圧モータを更に備え、
前記電動機は、前記流体圧モータの回転によって回生電力を発電可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載の流体圧駆動ユニット。 - 原動機で駆動されるメイン流体圧ポンプから吐出される作動流体によって前記流体圧アクチュエータを駆動するハイブリッド建設機械に適用され、
前記流体圧モータは、前記流体圧アクチュエータから排出された作動流体によって回転駆動され、
前記電動機は、前記流体圧モータの回転によって回生電力を発電するとともに、その回生電力を使用して前記流体圧ポンプを回転駆動し、
前記流体圧ポンプは、吐出した作動流体によって前記メイン流体圧ポンプによる前記流体圧アクチュエータの駆動をアシストすることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の流体圧駆動ユニット。
