Abstract
【解決手段】 固体潤滑剤と樹脂とからなる樹脂オーバレイ層4の下層に硬さが40HV未満の金属材料からなる軟質層3を有し、軟質層3の厚さT1(μm)と樹脂オーバレイ層4の厚さT2(μm)との関係が、0.2≦T1/T2≦7.0、且つ、3.0≦T1≦20.0を満たすことで、異物混入時において、樹脂オーバレイ層4の下層の軟質層3が塑性変形し、それに追従するように樹脂オーバレイ層4が部分変形することができる。そのため、異物を良好に埋収するようになり、耐異物性を向上することができる。また、異物混入後にも、樹脂オーバレイ層4が低摩擦性を維持することができる。

Claims (3)
- 固体潤滑剤と樹脂とからなる樹脂オーバレイ層を有する摺動部材において、
前記樹脂オーバレイ層の下層に硬さが40HV未満の金属材料からなる軟質層を有し、
前記軟質層の厚さT1(μm)と前記樹脂オーバレイ層の厚さT2(μm)との関係が、0.2≦T1/T2≦7.0、且つ、3.0≦T1≦20.0を満たすことを特徴とする摺動部材。 - 前記軟質層と前記樹脂オーバレイ層との界面の粗さRa(b)は、前記軟質層の厚さT1との関係がRa(b)≦T1×0.06を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1記載の摺動部材。
- 前記軟質層と前記樹脂オーバレイ層との界面の酸素量は、GD−OES分析での検出値が0.3V以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の摺動部材。
