Claims (7)
- 芯材の外周面に表面部材が固着された複合部材の製造方法であって、
導電性材料からなる芯材の外周面に、前記芯材よりも磁性が低い表面部材を配設する表面部材配設ステップと、
前記表面部材の外側から前記芯材を電磁誘導加熱し、加熱された前記芯材の熱によって前記表面部材と前記芯材との対向領域の少なくともいずれか一方を溶融させて、前記表面部材を前記芯材に融着させる融着ステップとを備える複合部材の製造方法。 - 前記表面部材の融点は、前記芯材の融点よりも低いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合部材の製造方法。
- 前記芯材は、中心部分と表面部分とを備えており、電磁誘導加熱された前記芯材の熱によって前記芯材の前記表面部分を溶融させて、前記表面部材を前記芯材に融着させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合部材の製造方法。
- 前記表面部材配設ステップの前段階として、前記芯材の融点よりも低い融点を有する接着剤を前記芯材の外周面に塗布する接着剤層形成ステップを備える請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の複合部材の製造方法。
- 前記接着剤層形成ステップは、前記芯材の外周面に塗布された接着剤を乾燥させる乾燥ステップを備える請求項4に記載の複合部材の製造方法。
