Claims (22)
- カソードと、
発光領域と、
アノードと、を備え、
前記発光領域が、ホスト物質中のドーパントとして第一蛍光発光物質を含む蛍光層と、
ホスト物質中のドーパントとして第二蛍光発光物質およびりん光発光物質とを備えるりん光増感蛍光層を備える有機発光装置。 - 発光領域が、さらに蛍光層とりん光層との間にスペーサー層を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 蛍光層のホスト物質と、りん光増感層のホスト物質と、スペーサー層とは同一物質からなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 蛍光層のホスト物質と、りん光増感層のホスト物質と、スペーサー層とはCBPからなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 第一蛍光発光物質が青色発光蛍光物質であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 蛍光発光物質がBCzVBiであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 第一蛍光発光物質が青色発光物質であり、第二蛍光発光物質が赤色発光物質であり、りん光発光物質が緑色発光物質であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 第二蛍光発光物質が、りん光発光物質から第二蛍光発光物質へと三重項励起子が一部移動する濃度でりん光増感蛍光層中に存在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 第二蛍光発光物質が、約0.5%未満の濃度でりん光増感蛍光層に存在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 第二蛍光発光物質が、約0.1%未満の濃度でりん光増感蛍光層に存在することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 全ての一重項励起子が蛍光層によって利用され、全ての三重項励起子がりん光増感蛍光層によって利用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。

以下の層を順に含む発光領域と、
ホスト物質中のドーパントとして第一蛍光発光物質を含む蛍光層、
任意のスペーサー層、
ホスト物質中のドーパントとして第二蛍光発光物質およびりん光発光物質を含むりん光増感蛍光層、

- 蛍光層のホスト物質と、りん光増感層のホスト物質と、スペーサー層とは同一の物質からなることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。
- 蛍光層のホスト物質と、りん光増感層のホスト物質と、スペーサー層とはCBPからなることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の装置。
- 第一蛍光発光物質が青色発光蛍光物質であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。
- 蛍光発光物質がBCzVBiであることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の装置。
- 第一蛍光発光物質が青色発光物質であり、第二蛍光発光物質が赤色発光物質であり、りん光発光物質が緑色発光物質であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。
- 第二蛍光発光物質が、りん光発光物質から第二蛍光発光物質へと三重項励起子が一部移動する濃度でりん光増感蛍光層中に存在することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。
- 第二蛍光発光物質が、約0.5%未満の濃度でりん光増感蛍光層に存在することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。
- 第二蛍光発光物質が、約0.1%未満の濃度でりん光増感蛍光層に存在することを特徴とする請求項20に記載の装置。
