Abstract
【解決手段】 Ni−Zn−Cuフェライトと酸化ニッケルと酸化亜鉛及び酸化銅からなるNi−Zn−Cu系フェライト粉末であって、特定の組成比を有するNi−Zn−Cuフェライトを70〜95wt%、酸化ニッケルを1〜20wt%、酸化亜鉛を0〜20wt%及び酸化銅を1〜10wt%、それぞれ含有することを特徴とするフェライト粉末であり、該フェライト粉末を用いて焼結したフェライト焼結体である。

Description
本発明において最も重要な点は、特定の組成と含有量のNi−Zn−Cuフェライトと酸化ニッケル、酸化亜鉛及び酸化銅からなるNi−Zn−Cu系フェライトを焼結して得られるNi−Zn−Cu系フェライト焼結体は、優れた温度特性と直流重畳特性を有するという事実である。これらの温度特性と直流重畳特性が向上する理由は、未だ明らかではないが、酸化ニッケル、酸化亜鉛及び酸化銅が特定の組成のNi−Zn−Cuフェライトの粒界に存在することにより、Ni−Zn−Cu系フェライト焼結体の磁化曲線が、緩やかな傾斜で直線的な変化をすることに起因するものであると本発明者は推定している。
<Ni−Zn−Cu系フェライト粉末の製造>
Ni−Zn−Cu系フェライトの組成が、所定の組成になるように各酸化物原料を秤量し、ボールミルを用いて20時間湿式混合を行った後、混合スラリーを濾別・乾燥して原料混合粉末を得た。該原料混合粉末を830℃で4時間焼成して得られた仮焼成物をボールミルで粉砕し、本発明に係るNi−Zn−Cu系フェライト粉末を得た。
<グリーンシートの製造>
実施例1−1で得られたNi−Zn−Cu系フェライト粉末100重量部に対して結合材料としてポリビニルブチラール8重量部、可塑剤としてフタル酸ベンジル−n−ブチル3重量部、溶剤として3メチル−3メトキシ−1ブタノール50重量部を加えた後、十分混合してスラリーを得た。このスラリーをドクターブレード式コーターによってPETフィルム上に塗布して塗膜を形成した後、乾燥することにより厚さ75μmのグリーンシートを得た。これを縦100mm×横100mmの大きさに切断して10枚を積層した後、0.35×104t/m2の圧力で加圧して、厚さ0.74mmのグリーンシート積層体を得た。
得られたグリーンシート積層体を900℃で2時間焼結し、厚さ0.62mmのNi−Zn−Cu系フェライト焼結体を得た。得られたNi−Zn−Cu系フェライト焼結体中のNi−Zn−Cuフェライトの含有量は84.1wt%であり、その組成はFe2O3=40.9mol%、NiO=15.0mol%、ZnO=35.4mol%及びCuO=8.7mol%であった。酸化ニッケルの含有量は3.7wt%であり、酸化亜鉛の含有量は8.7wt%であり、酸化銅の含有量は3.5wt%であった。該Ni−Zn−Cu系フェライト焼結体の焼結密度は、5.1g/cm3であった。更に、該Ni−Zn−Cu系フェライト焼結体から超音波加工機により外径14mm、内径8mm、厚さ0.62mmのリング状焼結体を切り出し、磁気特性を評価した。この焼結体のμ0は98、μ1000/μ0は0.70、コア損失P0は140kW/m3、P1000/P0は1.00であった。また透磁率の変化率は、2.1%であった。
組成比を種々変化させた以外は、実施例1−1と同様の方法で、Ni−Zn−Cu系フェライト粉末を得た。得られたNi−Zn−Cu系フェライト粉末の諸特性を表1に示す。
実施例2−1と同様の方法で、Ni−Zn−Cu系フェライト焼結体を得た。このときの製造条件を表2に、得られたNi−Zn−Cu系フェライト焼結体の諸特性を表3に示す。
実施例1−1と同様に製造したNi−Zn−Cu系フェライト粉末を用いて、該Ni−Zn−Cu系フェライト粉末100重量部に対してポリビニルアルコール6%水溶液10重量部を混合して得られた混合粉末7.0gを金型を用いて1.0×104t/m2の成型圧力で外径30mm、厚さ2.9mmの円盤状に成型した。この成型体を焼結温度900℃、2時間で焼結し、Ni−Zn−Cu系フェライト焼結体を得た。
このときの製造条件を表2に、得られたNi−Zn−Cu系フェライト焼結体の諸特性を表3に示す。
実施例2−1又は実施例2−6と同様の方法で、Ni−Zn系−Cuフェライト焼結体を得た。このときの製造条件を表2に、得られたNi−Zn−Cu系フェライト焼結体の諸特性を表3に示す。
Claims (6)
- Ni−Zn−Cuフェライト、酸化ニッケル及び酸化銅からなるNi−Zn−Cu系フェライト粉末であって、酸化物換算で35〜45mol%のFe2O3、10〜20mol%のNiO、30〜40mol%のZnO、6〜15mol%のCuOからなる組成のNi−Zn−Cuフェライトを70〜95wt%含有し、酸化ニッケルを1〜20wt%含有し、酸化銅を1〜10wt%含有することを特徴とするNi−Zn−Cu系フェライト粉末。
- Ni−Zn−Cuフェライト、酸化ニッケル、酸化亜鉛及び酸化銅からなるNi−Zn−Cu系フェライト粉末であって、酸化物換算で35〜45mol%のFe2O3、10〜20mol%のNiO、30〜40mol%のZnO、6〜15mol%のCuOからなる組成のNi−Zn−Cuフェライトを70〜95wt%含有し、酸化ニッケルを1〜20wt%含有し、酸化亜鉛を20wt%以下含有し、酸化銅を1〜10wt%含有するNi−Zn−Cu系フェライト粉末。
- 請求項1又は2記載のNi−Zn−Cu系フェライト粉末と結合材料とを用いてシート状に成膜してなるグリーンシート。
- Ni−Zn−Cuフェライト、酸化ニッケル及び酸化銅からなるNi−Zn−Cu系フェライト焼結体であって、酸化物換算で35〜45mol%のFe2O3、10〜20mol%のNiO、30〜40mol%のZnO、6〜15mol%のCuOからなる組成のNi−Zn−Cuフェライトを70〜95wt%含有し、酸化ニッケルを1〜20wt%含有し、酸化銅を1〜10wt%含有することを特徴とするNi−Zn−Cu系フェライト焼結体。
- Ni−Zn−Cuフェライト、酸化ニッケル、酸化亜鉛及び酸化銅からなるNi−Zn−Cu系フェライト焼結体であって、酸化物換算で35〜45mol%のFe2O3、10〜20mol%のNiO、30〜40mol%のZnO、6〜15mol%のCuOからなる組成のNi−Zn−Cuフェライトを70〜95wt%含有し、酸化ニッケルを1〜20wt%含有し、酸化亜鉛を20wt%以下含有し、酸化銅を1〜10wt%含有するNi−Zn−Cu系フェライト焼結体。
- 請求項4又は5記載のNi−Zn−Cu系フェライト焼結体において、直流重畳磁場を印加しない状態で測定した透磁率μ0が20〜170、コア損失P0が500kW/m3以下であり、直流重畳磁場を1000A/m印加した状態で測定した透磁率μ1000とμ0の比μ1000/μ0が0.4以上であり、直流重畳磁場を1000A/m印加した状態で測定したコア損失P1000とP0の比P1000/P0が0.7〜2.0であり、温度に対する透磁率μ0の変化率が100℃において10%以下であるNi−Zn−Cu系フェライト焼結体。
