Abstract
【解決手段】0.5〜12mmol/gのH型カルボキシル基および架橋構造を有するビニル系重合体からなる抗ウイルス用粒子。

Description
(1) 0.5〜12mmol/gのH型カルボキシル基および架橋構造を有するビニル系重合体からなる抗ウイルス用粒子。
(2) ビニル系重合体が、共重合成分としてビニル基を2以上有する化合物を用いて共重合することにより架橋構造を導入されたものであることを特徴とする(1)に記載の抗ウイルス用粒子。
(3) ビニル系重合体が、共重合成分としてニトリル基を有する単量体を共重合し、該ニトリル基と1分子中の窒素数が2以上である窒素含有化合物を反応させることにより架橋構造を導入されたものであることを特徴とする(1)に記載の抗ウイルス用粒子。
(4) (1)〜(3)のいずれかに記載の抗ウイルス用粒子を固着させたことを特徴とする抗ウイルス用製品。
(5) (1)〜(3)のいずれかに記載の抗ウイルス用粒子を練り込んだことを特徴とする抗ウイルス性能を有する繊維。
(6) (1)〜(3)のいずれかに記載の抗ウイルス用粒子を含有することを特徴とする抗ウイルス性能を有するスプレー。
(7) (1)〜(3)のいずれかに記載の抗ウイルス用粒子を含有することを特徴とする抗ウイルス性能を有する塗料。
(8) (1)〜(3)のいずれかに記載の抗ウイルス用粒子を含有することを特徴とする抗ウイルス性能を有する製品。
抗ウイルス性能はインフルエンザウイルスA(H1N1)PR8株を用いた50%感染価法[TCID50]で評価した。乾燥試料10mgに対してウイルス液を10mLを加え、28℃に維持しながら1時間振盪した後、遠心分離処理(3000rpm、30分間)する。遠心分離処理後、上澄液を10倍段階希釈し、Madin−Darby Canine Kidney細胞(MDCK細胞)を用いてTCID50(50%感染価)を測定し、ウイルス感染価log10(TCID50/mL)を算出した。また、ブランクに関しては、試料を用いず上記と同様の操作を行い、ウイルス感染価を算出した。得られたウイルス感染価を用いて、下記式より、ウイルスの不活性化率を算出した。
ウイルス不活性化率(%)=100×(10ブランクのウイルス感染価−10試料のウイルス感染価)/(10ブランクのウイルス感染価)
純水100mlに固形分(A[%])のエマルジョン状の抗ウイルス用粒子(B[g])を加え、スターラーで攪拌しながら0.1mol/l水酸化ナトリウム水溶液で常法に従って滴定曲線を求めた。該滴定曲線からH型カルボキシル基に消費された水酸化ナトリウム水溶液消費量(C[ml])を求め、次式によってカルボキシル基量を算出した。
H型カルボキシル基量[mmol/g]=0.1×C/(B×A×0.01)
アクリロニトリル58%、アクリル酸メチル9%、ジビニルベンゼン30%、及びp−スチレンスルホン酸ナトリウム3%からなるモノマー混合物30部を、モノマー比で1.2%の過硫酸アンモニウムを含む水溶液70部に添加し、攪拌機つきの重合槽に仕込んだ後に135℃、25分間重合した。得られた重合体エマルジョン90部に40%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液10部を加え、95℃で加水分解を行った。この時の反応時間を調整することで抗ウイルス用粒子のカルボキシル基量を調整した。得られたエマルジョンを陽イオン交換樹脂によりpH2.5に調整することでカルボキシル基をH型とし、エマルジョン状の抗ウイルス用粒子を得た。このエマルジョンを120℃の乾燥機で3時間乾燥させて得られた抗ウイルス用粒子10mgを用いて抗ウイルス性能を評価した結果を表1に示す。

- 0.5〜12mmol/gのH型カルボキシル基および架橋構造を有するビニル系重合体からなる抗ウイルス用粒子。
- ビニル系重合体が、共重合成分としてビニル基を2以上有する化合物を用いて共重合することにより架橋構造を導入されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の抗ウイルス用粒子。
- ビニル系重合体が、共重合成分としてニトリル基を有する単量体を共重合し、該ニトリル基と1分子中の窒素数が2以上である窒素含有化合物を反応させることにより架橋構造を導入されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の抗ウイルス用粒子。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の抗ウイルス用粒子を樹脂により固着させたことを特徴とする抗ウイルス性能を有する製品。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の抗ウイルス用粒子を練り込んだことを特徴とする抗ウイルス性能を有する繊維。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の抗ウイルス用粒子を含有することを特徴とする抗ウイルス性能を有するスプレー。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の抗ウイルス用粒子を含有することを特徴とする抗ウイルス性能を有する塗料。
