Abstract
【解決手段】制御装置は機関停止要求時に目標バルブタイミングを設定し、バルブタイミングが目標バルブタイミングに一致するようにバルブタイミングを変更する制御を開始するとともに、機関停止要求時から所定時間だけ内燃機関をアイドリング運転させ、機関停止要求時から所定時間が経過したときに機関停止処理を開始する。機関停止処理の開始から機関運転の停止までに要する時間である機関停止時間と上記所定時間との和がバルブタイミング制御時間に等しくなるように、あるいは、機関停止時間と上記所定時間との和がバルブタイミング制御時間よりも長くなるような時間のうち最小となる時間となるように上記所定時間が設定される。

Claims (7)
- バルブタイミングを変更する機構を具備する内燃機関の制御装置であって、前記内燃機関の運転の停止である機関停止が要求されたときの目標バルブタイミングである機関停止要求時目標バルブタイミングを設定し、前記機関停止が要求されたときにバルブタイミングが前記機関停止要求時目標バルブタイミングに一致するようにバルブタイミングを変更する制御である機関停止要求時バルブタイミング制御を開始するとともに、前記機関停止が要求されてから予め定められた時間だけ内燃機関をアイドリング運転させ、前記機関停止が要求されてから前記予め定められた時間が経過したときに前記内燃機関の運転を停止する処理である機関停止処理を開始する内燃機関の制御装置において、
前記機関停止処理が開始されてから前記内燃機関の運転が停止するまでに要する時間である機関停止時間と前記予め定められた時間との和が前記機関停止要求時バルブタイミング制御によってバルブタイミングを前記機関停止要求時目標バルブタイミングに一致させるまでに要する時間であるバルブタイミング制御時間に等しくなるように、あるいは、前記機関停止時間と前記予め定められた時間との和が前記バルブタイミング制御時間よりも長くなるような時間のうち最小となる時間となるように前記予め定められた時間が設定される内燃機関の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置において、前記機関停止時間が推定され、該推定された機関停止時間と前記バルブタイミング制御時間とから前記予め定められた時間が設定される内燃機関の制御装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関の制御装置において、前記内燃機関の回転数が大きいほど前記推定される機関停止時間が長い内燃機関の制御装置。
- 請求項3に記載の内燃機関の制御装置において、電動機を具備する動力装置が前記内燃機関を具備し、前記内燃機関と前記電動機とが互いに連結されており、前記電動機の回転数が大きいほど前記推定される機関停止時間が長い内燃機関の制御装置。
- 請求項3に記載の内燃機関の制御装置において、電動機を具備する車両が前記内燃機関を具備し、前記内燃機関と前記電動機と前記車両とが互いに連結されており、前記車両の速度が速いほど前記推定される機関停止時間が長い内燃機関の制御装置。
- 請求項2に記載の内燃機関の制御装置において、電動機を具備する動力装置が前記内燃機関を具備し、前記内燃機関と前記電動機とが互いに連結されており、前記電動機の回転数が大きいほど前記推定される機関停止時間が長い内燃機関の制御装置。
- 請求項2に記載の内燃機関の制御装置において、電動機を具備する車両が前記内燃機関を具備し、前記内燃機関と前記電動機と前記車両とが互いに連結されており、前記車両の速度が速いほど前記推定される機関停止時間が長い内燃機関の制御装置。
