Abstract
【解決手段】流体封入式防振装置10において、仕切部材36には可動板54が収容配置されて内面への当接により可動板54の変位量を制限する収容空所46が形成されており、収容空所46における可動板54の変位方向両側の壁部内面の外周部分が内周側に向かって外方に傾斜する被当接傾斜面62とされていると共に、可動板54の外周部分にはゴム弾性体で形成された外周当接部64が設けられていると共に、外周当接部64の両面が内周側に向かって外方に傾斜する当接傾斜面66とされており、収容空所46の被当接傾斜面62と可動板54の当接傾斜面66が異なる傾斜角度で設けられて相対的に傾斜している。

Claims (7)
- 第1の取付部材と筒状の第2の取付部材が本体ゴム弾性体によって弾性連結されて、該第2の取付部材によって支持された仕切部材に対して軸方向一方の側に壁部の一部が該本体ゴム弾性体で構成された受圧液室が形成されていると共に、軸方向他方の側に壁部の一部が可撓性膜で構成された平衡液室が形成されており、それら受圧液室と平衡液室を相互に連通するオリフィス通路が設けられていると共に、それら受圧液室と平衡液室の各一方の液圧が両面に及ぼされて微小変位により該受圧液室の圧力変動を吸収する可動板が設けられた流体封入式防振装置において、
前記仕切部材には前記可動板が収容配置されて壁部内面への当接により該可動板の変位量を制限する収容空所が形成されており、該収容空所における該可動板の変位方向両側の該壁部内面の外周部分が内周側に向かって外方に傾斜する被当接傾斜面とされていると共に、
該可動板の外周部分にはゴム弾性体で形成された外周当接部が設けられていると共に、該外周当接部の両面が内周側に向かって外方に傾斜する当接傾斜面とされており、
該収容空所の該被当接傾斜面と該可動板の該当接傾斜面が異なる傾斜角度で設けられて相対的に傾斜していることを特徴とする流体封入式防振装置。 - 前記可動板の前記外周当接部の外周端部には厚さ方向に突出する支持突起が設けられており、該支持突起が前記収容空所の前記被当接傾斜面で挟持されている請求項1に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記可動板の前記外周当接部には厚さ方向に突出する当接突起が設けられており、該当接突起の突出先端と前記被当接傾斜面との距離が該外周当接部の他の部分と該被当接傾斜面との距離よりも小さくされている請求項1又は2に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記可動板の前記外周当接部には前記当接傾斜面に開口する離隔凹所が形成されており、該離隔凹所の底面と前記被当接傾斜面との距離が該外周当接部の他の部分と該被当接傾斜面との距離よりも大きくされている請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記可動板の前記外周当接部の外周端縁部には周方向環状に延びるシール面が設けられており、該可動板の変位によって該シール面が全周に亘って前記収容空所の前記壁部内面に当接するようになっている請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記可動板が硬質とされた可動板本体の外周部分に前記外周当接部が固着された構造を有している請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記可動板の前記可動板本体が前記外周当接部と一体形成されたゴム弾性体で被覆されていると共に、該可動板の内周部分が該外周当接部を設けた外周部分に比して薄肉とされている請求項6に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
