【解決手段】本体ゴム弾性体16の外周部分を第二の取付部材14の内周面上で軸方向に延び出させて第一の支持ゴム弾性体38を形成し、仕切部材70の外周縁部を第二の取付部材14から内方に離隔した位置で第一の支持ゴム弾性体38の軸方向端面に重ね合わせる一方、第二の取付部材14に固定される第二の支持ゴム弾性体56を設けて、第二の支持ゴム弾性体56を仕切部材70の外周縁部に第一の支持ゴム弾性体38と反対側から重ね合わせ、仕切部材70を支持ゴム弾性体38,56で挟持することにより、受圧室74の圧力変動を平衡室76に逃して吸収する液圧吸収機構を構成した。

Claims (7)
- 第一の取付部材を筒状の第二の取付部材の軸方向一方の開口部側に離隔配置せしめて、本体ゴム弾性体の中央部分に該第一の取付部材を加硫接着すると共に該本体ゴム弾性体の外周部分に該第二の取付部材を加硫接着することにより該第一の取付部材と該第二の取付部材を該本体ゴム弾性体で連結する一方、該第二の取付部材により軸直角方向に広がる仕切部材を支持せしめて、該本体ゴム弾性体で壁部の一部が構成された受圧室と壁部の一部が可撓性膜で構成された平衡室とを該仕切部材を挟んだ両側に形成し、それら受圧室と平衡室に非圧縮性流体を封入すると共に、該受圧室と該平衡室を相互に連通するオリフィス通路を形成した流体封入式防振装置において、
前記本体ゴム弾性体の外周部分を前記第二の取付部材の内周面上で軸方向に延び出させて第一の支持ゴム弾性体を形成すると共に、前記仕切部材の外周縁部を該第二の取付部材から内方に離隔した位置で該第一の支持ゴム弾性体の軸方向端面に重ね合わせる一方、該第二の取付部材における軸方向他方の開口部側から環状の第二の支持ゴム弾性体を組み付けて、該第二の支持ゴム弾性体を該仕切部材の外周縁部に対して該第一の支持ゴム弾性体と反対側から軸方向で重ね合わせ、該仕切部材をそれら第一及び第二の支持ゴム弾性体の間で挟み込んで該第二の取付部材に対して該第一及び第二の支持ゴム弾性体の弾性変形に基づいて変位可能に支持せしめることにより、前記受圧室の圧力変動を前記平衡室に逃して吸収する液圧吸収機構を構成したことを特徴とする流体封入式防振装置。 - 前記第二の支持ゴム弾性体と前記可撓性膜を一体的に形成した請求項1に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記第二の取付部材における軸方向他方の開口部に固定される固定部材を設けて、該固定部材により前記第二の支持ゴム弾性体を該第二の取付部材に組み付けた請求項1又は2に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記第二の支持ゴム弾性体の外周部分を全周に亘って延びるようにシールゴムを該第二の支持ゴム弾性体と一体的に形成して、前記第二の取付部材と前記固定部材の間で該シールゴムを軸方向に挟み込んだ請求項3に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記シールゴムの軸方向厚さが、前記第二の支持ゴム弾性体の軸方向厚さよりも小さい請求項4に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記固定部材の外周縁部を前記第二の取付部材に対してかしめ固定して、該固定部材によって前記第二の支持ゴム弾性体を前記仕切部材に重ね合わせて前記第一の支持ゴム弾性体に対して軸方向で挟み込むと共に、該固定部材によって前記シールゴムを該第二の取付部材に対して軸方向で挟み込んだ請求項4又は5に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記仕切部材を薄肉の円板形状とすると共に、前記第二の支持ゴム弾性体を円環ブロック形状として、該第二の支持ゴム弾性体に形成した周溝を該仕切部材で覆蓋することによって前記オリフィス通路を形成した請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
