Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、1種類以上のポリマーを含む連続気泡ポリマー発泡体マトリックスと、ポリマー発泡体マトリックス中に埋め込まれ開放孔隙を有する顆粒または形状物とを含む複合材料、そのような複合材料の製造方法、および断熱材料としての使用に関する。

Description
実施例1:顆粒の製造
80重量%のAEROSIL(登録商標)200(Evonik Industries AGのヒュームドシリカ、BET表面積200m2/g)、15重量%のAROSPERSE 15(Orion Engineered Carbonsのサーマルカーボンブラック)、および5重量%のガラス繊維(ガラス繊維スライザー(slither)、約12mmの繊維長)を均質混合した。この混合物を0.6gずつ直径2cmの円筒形圧縮鋳型中に入れ、液圧プレスによって圧縮して、それぞれ高さ1cmの錠剤を形成した。錠剤の密度は約200kg/m3であった。表面を疎水化するため、錠剤を、5重量部のジクロロメチルシランと1重量部のクロロトリメチルシランとの混合物中に5秒間浸漬し、空気中で2時間乾燥させた。さらなるコンディショニングのため、錠剤は、真空乾燥オーブン中50℃および1mbarにおいて2時間の後処理を行った。
使用したポリマーマトリックスは、表1による硬質ポリウレタン発泡体配合物であった。
実施例2の複合材料から製造した板を真空室中で2時間排気して、残留圧力を約1mbarに到達させた。この圧力下で、板を金属化フィルム(PET外層、アルミニウム障壁層、およびポリエチレン内層を有するTOYOの多層積層体)の外皮中に溶接して、板の周囲に気密シールを形成した。フィルムの突出する周辺部を溶接線のところまで切り取った。得られた真空断熱パネルについて、Hesto HLC-A90熱伝導率計を使用して熱伝導率を測定した。測定値は8.9×10−3W・m−1・K−1であった。
Claims (14)
- 1種類以上のポリマーを含む連続気泡ポリマー発泡体マトリックスと、前記ポリマー発泡体マトリックス中に埋め込まれた開放孔隙を有する顆粒とを含む、複合材料。
- 気体比重瓶法による連続気泡の比率が50%を超え、好ましくは80%を超えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合材料。
- 前記ポリマー発泡体マトリックスが、ポリウレタンまたはポリイソシアヌレート発泡体であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の複合材料。
- 前記顆粒が、5m2/gを超える、より好ましくは50m2/g〜1000m2/gのBET表面積(ISO 9277に準拠)を有する材料から実質的に製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料。
- 前記顆粒が、ヒュームドシリカまたは沈降シリカの圧縮粉末から実質的になることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料。
- 前記開放孔隙中の圧力が、500mbar未満、好ましくは0.001〜200mbarであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料。
- 前記ポリマー発泡体マトリックスが、金属、ガラス、プラスチック、またはこれらの材料の複合体、たとえば金属化ポリマーフィルムの気密外皮を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の複合材料。
- 真空断熱要素である、または真空断熱要素として使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料。
- ポリマー発泡体マトリックスを製造するための材料が、開放孔隙を有する顆粒と混合され、この混合物から、前記顆粒が中に埋め込まれた連続気泡ポリマー発泡体マトリックスが得られることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料の製造方法。
- ポリマー発泡体マトリックスを製造するための前記材料が、ポリマーもしくはポリマー混合物、または前記ポリマーを生成するための反応物であり、発泡の工程が含まれることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー発泡体マトリックスが、排気され、気密的に封入されることを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料の断熱材料としての使用。
- 前記断熱材料が、窓、扉、およびローラーシャッターボックスなどの建物の断熱、空間、空中、開水面、および/または陸地の乗り物の断熱、パイプラインの断熱、または冷却もしくは加熱装置の部品もしくは組立体、冷凍設備、温水/冷却材の貯蔵庫、水泳用プールのカバー、および水泳用プールの断熱システムの断熱に使用されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の使用。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料を含むことを特徴とする物品。
