Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の一実施形態に係る二次電池は、正極、負極、前記正極および前記負極の間に介在するセパレータ、および両側に突出して形成された一対の電極タップをそれぞれ含む複数の電極組立体と、前記複数の電極組立体を収容するケースと、それぞれの前記ケースの両側に形成された開口を覆う第1集電板および第2集電板と、それぞれの前記複数の電極組立体と前記第1集電板の間および前記複数の電極組立体と前記第2集電板の間に配置される第1絶縁板および第2絶縁板を含む。それぞれの前記一対の電極タップは、前記第1絶縁板および前記第2絶縁板にそれぞれ形成された第1貫通ホールおよび第2貫通ホールを貫通して折り曲げられ、前記複数の電極組立体が前記第1絶縁板および前記第2絶縁板に固定される。

Claims (18)
- 正極、負極、前記正極および前記負極の間に介在するセパレータ、および両側に突出して形成された一対の電極タップをそれぞれ含む複数の電極組立体、
前記複数の電極組立体を収容するケース、
それぞれの前記ケースの両側に形成された開口を覆う第1集電板および第2集電板、および
それぞれの前記複数の電極組立体と前記第1集電板の間および前記複数の電極組立体と前記第2集電板の間に配置される第1絶縁板および第2絶縁板、
を含み、
それぞれの前記一対の電極タップは、前記第1絶縁板および前記第2絶縁板にそれぞれ形成された第1貫通ホールおよび第2貫通ホールを貫通して折り曲げられ、前記複数の電極組立体が前記第1絶縁板および前記第2絶縁板に固定される、二次電池。 - 前記電極タップは、前記正極と連結する正極タップおよび前記負極と連結する負極タップを含み、
前記正極タップのうちの少なくとも1つは前記第1集電板と電気的に連結し、前記負極タップのうちの少なくとも1つは前記第2集電板と電気的に連結する、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記複数の電極組立体は、互いに異なる極性の電極タップが互いに隣接するように収納され、
互いに隣接する前記正極タップと前記負極タップが電気的に連結し、前記複数の電極組立体が電気的に直列連結する、請求項2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記複数の電極組立体は、同じ極性の電極タップが互いに隣接するように収納され、
前記正極タップは隣接する前記正極タップと電気的に連結し、前記負極タップは隣接する前記負極タップと電気的に連結し、前記複数の電極組立体が電気的に並列連結する、請求項2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記複数の電極組立体のうちの隣接する一対の電極組立体の前記電極タップは、互いに反対方向に折り曲げられる、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 互いに反対方向に折り曲げられる隣接する前記電極タップは、互いに重なって連結する重畳部を形成する、請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極タップのうちで重畳部が形成されない電極タップは、前記第1集電板または前記第2集電板と電気的に連結する、請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1集電板および前記第2集電板はそれぞれ、前記ケースの内側に突出した第1絶縁部および第2絶縁部を含み、
前記重畳部は、前記第1集電板の第1絶縁部または前記第2集電板の第2絶縁部と接触する、請求項6に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電極タップは、前記正極と連結する正極タップおよび前記負極と連結する負極タップを含み、
前記第1集電板および前記第2集電板はそれぞれ、前記ケースの内側に突出した第1導電部および第2導電部をさらに含み、
前記正極タップのうちの少なくとも1つは前記第1導電部と接触し、
前記負極タップのうちの少なくとも1つは前記第2導電部と接触する、請求項8に記載の二次電池。 - 前記複数の電極組立体の前記電極タップは、同じ方向に折り曲げられる、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ケースには、前記複数の電極組立体が挿入する複数の挿入ホールが形成される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- それぞれの前記複数の挿入ホールは、前記複数の電極組立体と同じ断面形状を有する、請求項11に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2絶縁板は、前記ケースと一体に形成される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ケースは、絶縁材質で形成される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- それぞれの前記複数の電極組立体は、前記正極、前記負極、および前記セパレータが巻取られたゼリーロール形態で形成される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1絶縁板または前記第2絶縁板はそれぞれ、前記第1集電板または前記第2集電板に固定して一体に形成される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1絶縁板の両側周縁に溝が形成され、
前記第1集電板の両側周縁において、前記第1絶縁板と対向する方向に突出した突起が形成され、
前記突起が前記溝に結合して前記第1絶縁板と前記第1集電板が一体に固定される、請求項16に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1絶縁板はポリマー層からなり、
前記第1集電板は金属層からなり、
前記金属層とポリマー層は互いに接着されてラミネート積層体を構成し、
前記金属層に前記第1絶縁板の前記第1貫通ホールに対応する溝部が形成される、請求項16に記載の二次電池。
