Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の一実施形態による無線電力送信装置用コアアセンブリは、第1レベルに位置するように配置されるメインコイル111と、前記第1レベルより低い第2レベルに位置するようにメインコイル111の下側に配置され、それぞれの一部分がメインコイル111と重なり、それぞれのサイズがメインコイル111のサイズより小さい第1サブコイル112及び第2サブコイル113を備える補助コイルと、メインコイル111及び前記補助コイルを収容するように形成される磁性体のコアとを含む。

Claims (15)
- 第1レベルに位置するように配置されるメインコイルと、
前記第1レベルより低い第2レベルに位置するように前記メインコイルの下側に配置され、それぞれの一部分が前記メインコイルと重なり、それぞれのサイズが前記メインコイルのサイズより小さい第1サブコイル及び第2サブコイルを備える補助コイルと、
前記メインコイル及び前記補助コイルを収容するように形成される磁性体のコアと
を含む、無線電力送信装置用コアアセンブリ。 - 前記第1サブコイル及び前記第2サブコイルは、前記メインコイルの底面に接触するように配置される、請求項1に記載の無線電力送信装置用コアアセンブリ。
- 前記メインコイルの第1方向に沿った幅は、前記第1サブコイルの前記第1方向に沿った幅及び前記第2サブコイルの前記第1方向に沿った幅のそれぞれより大きい、請求項2に記載の無線電力送信装置用コアアセンブリ。
- 前記メインコイルは、前記第1サブコイルの上面及び前記第2サブコイルの上面のそれぞれの一部分を覆ってそれぞれの残りの部分を露出させるように配置される、請求項3に記載の無線電力送信装置用コアアセンブリ。
- 前記メインコイルの前記第1方向に沿った幅は、前記第1サブコイルの前記第1方向に沿った幅と前記第2サブコイルの前記第1方向に沿った幅との和より小さい、請求項3に記載の無線電力送信装置用コアアセンブリ。
- 前記メインコイルの前記第1方向に沿った幅は、前記第1サブコイルの前記第1方向に沿った幅と前記第2サブコイルの前記第1方向に沿った幅との和の60〜80%である、請求項5に記載の無線電力送信装置用コアアセンブリ。
- 前記メインコイルの第2方向に沿った幅は、前記第1サブコイルの前記第2方向に沿った幅及び前記第2サブコイルの前記第2方向に沿った幅のそれぞれと同一である、請求項3に記載の無線電力送信装置用コアアセンブリ。
- 前記第1サブコイルの前記第1方向に沿った幅と前記第2サブコイルの前記第1方向に沿った幅とが同一である、請求項7に記載の無線電力送信装置用コアアセンブリ。
- 前記第1サブコイルと前記第2サブコイルとの対向する側面同士が合わされることによって構成される線は、前記メインコイルの中心を通る線と一致する、請求項8に記載の無線電力送信装置用コアアセンブリ。
- 前記第2方向は前記第1方向に対して垂直である、請求項7に記載の無線電力送信装置用コアアセンブリ。
- 前記補助コイルは、
前記メインコイルの下側に配置される絶縁体のベースと、
前記ベースにおける前記メインコイルに対向する面に形成され、前記第1サブコイルを形成する第1導電パターン、及び前記第2サブコイルを形成する第2導電パターンを備える導電パターンと
を含む、請求項1に記載の無線電力送信装置用コアアセンブリ。 - 前記コアの一面には、前記メインコイル及び前記補助コイルを収容する凹部と、前記凹部を区画する側壁とが形成される、請求項1に記載の無線電力送信装置用コアアセンブリ。
- 前記側壁には、前記メインコイル及び前記補助コイルの端部が前記凹部の外部に延びる通路を形成する複数の延長溝が形成される、請求項12に記載の無線電力送信装置用コアアセンブリ。
- 請求項1に記載のコアアセンブリと、
前記メインコイル及び前記補助コイルからの無線電力信号の送信を制御する送信制御部と
を含む、無線電力送信装置。 - 前記送信制御部は、前記メインコイルと、前記第1サブコイル及び前記第2サブコイルのいずれか一方とに同時に電源が供給されるように制御する、請求項14に記載の無線電力送信装置。
