Abstract
【解決手段】真空断熱材及び発泡断熱材を断熱部に備えた冷蔵庫において、前記真空断熱材は、30〜60mmの突出部を有する複数の繊維集合体と、該複数の繊維集合体をそれぞれの前記突出部間に空間を形成するように組み合わせた芯材と、該芯材を収納した外包材とを備え、前記突出部間の前記空間を埋めるように前記外包材内を圧縮した。

Claims (3)
- 真空断熱材及び発泡断熱材を断熱部に備えた冷蔵庫において、
前記真空断熱材は、30〜60mmの突出部を有する複数の繊維集合体と、該複数の繊維集合体をそれぞれの前記突出部間に空間を形成するように組み合わせた芯材と、該芯材を収納した外包材とを備え、前記突出部間の前記空間を埋めるように前記外包材内を圧縮したことを特徴とする冷蔵庫。 - 前記複数の繊維集合体は、長辺方向に前記突出部間の前記空間を形成するように配置してから内袋に収納して、該内袋に収納した状態で前記外包材内に収納して、厚み12mm以上、幅500mm以上としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記突出部の外面に凹部が形成され、該凹部に放熱パイプを配設したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の冷蔵庫。
