Abstract
【解決手段】選別台10上の下方部分に、選別台の幅方向に亘って選別台上を流れる水の一部を堰き止める堰11を設けると、粉砕物に含まれるミスカット材43は、堰により形成される水のプール12の上端付近の領域に集まるので、選別台上に選別台上のミスカット材が集まる上記領域に一端が開口した水が流れないミスカット材回収通路を形成する仕切板13、14を設け、このミスカット材回収通路を用いてミスカット材を分離回収する。

Claims (7)
- 傾斜した選別台上にシャワー装置から水を流すとともに、前記選別台に斜め上方に向かう振動を与え、粉砕した電線くずを前記選別台上に投入することにより、該粉砕物に含まれる銅材等を前記選別台上の上方に移動させて回収し、該粉砕物に含まれる樹脂くずを前記選別台上の下方に移動させて分離する電線くず高品位回収装置において、
前記選別台上の下方部分に、該選別台の幅方向に亘って該選別台上を流れる水の一部を堰き止める堰を設けるとともに、
前記選別台上の少なくとも一側部分に、前記堰により形成される水のプールの上端付近で一端が開口した水を流していないミスカット材回収通路を形成する仕切板を設け、
前記粉砕物に含まれる銅材等に樹脂くずが一部付着したミスカット材を、前記ミスカット材回収通路を介して分離回収することを特徴とする電線くず高品位回収装置。 - 前記仕切板は、前記選別台上の両側部分に設けられ、
前記ミスカット材回収通路は、前記選別台上の両側部分に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電線くず高品位回収装置。 - 前記仕切板は、前記ミスカット材回収通路の開口部に対応する端部が前記選別台の幅方向中央部側に向かって屈曲していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電線くず高品位回収装置。
- 前記ミスカット材は、前記ミスカット材回収通路上を上方に移動し、該ミスカット材回収通路の上部に設けられた回収口を通って回収されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の電線くず高品位回収装置。
- 前記ミスカット材回収通路を介して分離されたミスカット材は、該ミスカット材回収通路の下部付近に設けられた回収口を通って回収されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の電線くず高品位回収装置。
- 前記堰は、前記選別台の幅方向に亘って所定距離離間して複数列設けられることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の電線くず高品位回収装置。
- 前記シャワー装置は、
前記ミスカット材とともに回収され、フィルタでろ過された水が注水される一辺が低く形成された受箱と、
前記受箱の低く形成された一辺に設けられた所定の間隔の複数の仕切と、
を具備し、前記受箱からオーバーフローした水を前記仕切の間から前記選別台上に流すことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の電線くず高品位回収装置。
