rubber)に炭素(あるいは活性炭粉末)を27−30%注入したベルト100(以下NAベルト)を製作し、陰極(−)に帯電させ、ステンレス網200を陽極(+)に帯電させた電解装置を構成し、更に、陰極(−)であるNAベルトの直上に縦に動く紙ベルト300を静電誘導用に設置したものであり、紙ベルトが、NAベルトに対して垂直に動くと、NAベルトと同じ極性に帯電した(−)性を持つ微細銅粉粒子が、紙ベルトに静電誘導され、紙ベルトに引かれ、紙ベルトに付着する。そして、微細銅粉は紙ベルト300の下に設置された収集箱400で回収され、残りは、陽極(+)後側に設置された収集箱500で回収される。又、プラスティック片は、陰極(−)であるNAベルト表面に付着しているので、スクレーパー(SCRAPER)によって収集箱600へ収集される。

Claims (10)
- プラスチックと微細な金属とを分離するための静電選別システムにおいて、
微細な金属とプラスチックとからなる試料を陰電極静電誘導板へ供給する供給装置と、
前記供給装置から供給された試料を下部に具備された振動機の振動によって移動させると共に、電源装置から負の電荷が供給される陰電極静電誘導板と、
前記陰電極静電誘導板の幅より広い所定の幅を持ち、前記電源装置から正の電荷が供給される陽電極金属網と、
前記陰電極静電誘導板及び陽電極金属網と所定の距離を保ち、前記陰電極静電誘導板と前記陽電極金属網間に位置し、前記試料を前記微細な金属とプラスチックとに分離させる分離板とを含み、
前記陽電極金属網は、その中段部において、前記陰電極静電誘導板側に折り曲げられ、折り曲げ位置は、前記陰電極静電誘導板と同じ高さで折り曲げられていることを特徴とする静電選別システム。 - 前記試料は、3mm以下に切断されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の静電選別システム。
- 前記試料の供給量は、100g/min乃至250g/minであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の静電選別システム。
- 前記陰電極静電誘導板と陽電極金属網との間に印加される電圧が、25kV乃至45kVであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の静電選別システム。
- 前記陰電極静電誘導板と陽電極金属網との離間距離が、40cm乃至60cmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の静電選別システム。
- 前記陰電極静電誘導板は、カーボンを25%乃至50%含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の静電選別システム。
- 前記陽電極金属網の材質は、ステンレスであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の静電選別システム。
- 前記陽電極金属網の所定の幅は、上記陰電極静電誘導板の幅より1.5倍乃至2倍広いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の静電選別システム。
- 前記陽電極金属網が前記陰電極静電誘導板に向かって折り曲げられた所定の角度が、35度乃至45度であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の静電選別システム。
- 前記陰電極静電誘導板と前記分離板との水平距離は3cm乃至5cmであり、前記陰電極静電誘導板と前記分離板との垂直距離は30cm乃至50cmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の静電選別システム。
