Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係るボールジョイントは、ボール部材と、ボール部材の表面に複数配置され所定の深さを有する潤滑剤収容溝と、第一構成要素と連結されボール部材と一体に形成されたロッド部材と、第二構成要素と連結されボール部材と対応する球状のボール部材収容部を有するリテイナーと、を含み、潤滑剤収容溝の内部及びボール部材表面には、潤滑剤が収容及び塗布されることを特徴とする。

Description
潤滑剤収容溝は、底面が平坦に形成されて、底面はロッド部材の軸方向と平行に設けられてもよい。また、潤滑剤収容溝は、ボール部材の表面との連接部が面取りされてもよい。

Claims (8)
- ボール部材と、
前記ボール部材の表面に複数配置されて、所定の深さを有する潤滑剤収容溝と、
第一構成要素と連結されて前記ボール部材と一体に形成されたロッド部材と、
第二構成要素と連結されて前記ボール部材と対応する球状のボール部材収容部を有するリテイナーと、を含み、
前記潤滑剤収容溝の内部及びボール部材表面には、潤滑剤が収容及び塗布されることを特徴とする、ボールジョイントユニット。 - 前記潤滑剤収容溝は、底面が平坦に形成されて、前記底面は前記ロッド部材の軸方向と平行である、請求項1に記載のボールジョイントユニット。
- 前記潤滑剤収容溝は、前記ボール部材の表面との連接部が面取りされる、請求項1に記載のボールジョイントユニット。
- 前記潤滑剤は、グリースのような半固体状潤滑剤である、請求項1に記載のボールジョイントユニット。
- 前記ボール部材は、前記ボール部材収容部の内周面と密着しないように、終端が平坦に形成されている、請求項1に記載のボールジョイントユニット。
- 前記リテイナーは、前記ボール部材の上側を覆うボール部材支持部が、前記ロッド部材の方向に突出するように形成される、請求項1に記載のボールジョイントユニット。
- 前記ボール部材支持部は、前記ボール部材の直径より小さく、前記ロッド部材の直径より大きい直径を有する、請求項6に記載のボールジョイントユニット。
- 前記リテイナーは、ゴム材質で形成される、請求項1乃至7のうちのいずれか一項に記載のボールジョイントユニット。
