Claims (12)
- 鋭い先端(31)、細長い本体(32)、及び少なくとも2つの平行な独立したルーメン(5,6)を含む頭部(36)を含んでなるマイクロニードル(4)であって、該ルーメン(5,6)の各々が、頭部(36)の遠位の側面開口部(7,8)に通じ、該開口部(7,8)が、基本的に、それのルーメン(5,6)主方向に対して垂直である方向を向いており、ここで、該ルーメン(5,6)の遠位の上端部(33,34)がマイクロニードルの頭部(36)内にある、上記マイクロニードル。

- マイクロニードル(4)の頭部(36)が、細長い本体(32)の外側断面よりも小さい、外側断面を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のマイクロニードル(4)。
- 面外シリコン型のものであり、ベース(17)を含んでなる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のマイクロニードル(4)。
- 同一の基材に固定される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の、マイクロニードル(4)群。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに規定され、そして1つの等方性エッチング含んでなり、1つの異方性エッチングを含んでなる方法によって得られる、多チャンネル・マイクロニードル。
- 前記方法が、3つの等方性エッチングと2つの異方性エッチングを含んでなる、請求項9に記載の多チャンネル・マイクロニードル。
- 前記請求項1〜8のいずれかに規定され、3つの等方性エッチングと2つの異方性エッチングを含んでなる、多チャンネル・マイクロニードルを製造する方法。
- 最後の工程が等方性エッチングである、請求項11に記載の方法。
