Abstract
Description
少なくとも1つの長手方向のスロットが備えられている少なくとも1つの端部を備える円筒形本体であって、長手方向において円筒形穴を備え、円筒形穴は、一方の部品の穴の中に配置されることが意図されている上記少なくとも1つの端部の中を延びる切頭円錐形穴によって延長されている、円筒形本体と、
上記切頭円錐形の穴に対して実質的に相補的である切頭円錐形状を有する挿入体であって、上記切頭円錐形の穴の中にこの挿入体が収容される時に上記長手方向に延びる雌ねじ付きアパーチャを備える挿入体と、
上記挿入体の雌ねじ付きアパーチャとの螺合によって協働するようになっているねじ山付き端部を有するねじであって、一方の部品の上記穴の中に円筒形本体をロックすることを可能とし且つ軸線X回りで回転ジョイントを形成するねじと
を含む。
Claims (9)
- 回転軸線を用いて少なくとも2つの部品(P1、P2)を機械的に連結するための装置であって、軸線(X)回りで互いに対してヒンジ式に取り付けられる前記少なくとも2つの部品(P1、P2)の中にそれぞれ形成されている同軸穴(A1、A2)の中を長手方向(X)に延びるようになっている装置において、
少なくとも1つの長手方向のスロット(13a)が備えられている少なくとも1つの端部(13)を備える円筒形本体(10)であって、前記長手方向(X)において円筒形穴(11)を備え、該円筒形穴(11)は、部品(P2)の前記穴(A2)の中に配置されることが意図されている前記少なくとも1つの端部(13)の中を延びる切頭円錐形穴(12)によって延長されている、円筒形本体(10)と、
前記切頭円錐形穴(12)に対して実質的に相補的である切頭円錐形状の挿入体(20)であって、前記切頭円錐形穴(12)の中に該挿入体(20)が収容される時に前記長手方向(X)に延びる雌ねじ付きアパーチャ(21)を含む挿入体(20)と、
該挿入体(20)の雌ねじ付きアパーチャ(21)との螺合によって協働するようになっているねじ山付き端部(31)を有するねじ(30)であって、前記穴(A2)の中に前記円筒形本体(10)をロックすることを可能とし且つ軸線(X)回りで回転ジョイントを形成するねじ(30)と
を備える、装置。 - 回転軸線を用いた前記機械的連結を可能にすべく機能的隙間が容易に調整可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の機械的連結装置。
- 前記円筒形本体(10)は該円筒形本体(10)の外壁上に半径方向の延長部分(15、15′)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の機械的連結装置。
- 前記半径方向の延長部分は、軸線(X)に沿って前記円筒形本体(10)と同心である環状リング(15)であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の機械的連結装置。
- 前記半径方向の延長部分は、前記円筒形本体(10)に加えられたリング(15′)によって実現されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の機械的連結装置。
- 前記円筒形本体(10)は、主円筒形本体(40、60、80)と、前記少なくとも1つの端部(13)を構成する少なくとも1つの副円筒形本体(50、70、90、100)とから構成されており、前記主円筒形本体(40、60、80)及び少なくとも1つの副円筒形本体(50、70、90、100)は、互いの延長部分において配置されている、該主円筒形本体(40、60、80)と該少なくとも1つの副円筒形本体(50、70、90、100)との相対的な回転のロック手段(41、51、62、72、83a、93、83b、103)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の機械的連結装置。
- 前記副円筒形本体は、前記主円筒形本体(60)と接触することが意図されている該副円筒形本体の端部(70a)の側において円筒形延長部分(71)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の機械的連結装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの副円筒形本体(50、70、90、100)の長さは、前記主円筒形本体(40、60、80)の長さの3分の1にほぼ等しいことを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載の機械的連結装置。
- 前記円筒形本体(10)は、少なくとも1つの長手方向スロット(91、101)が各々備えられている互いに反対側に位置した2つの端部(13、13′)を備え、前記円筒形穴(11)は、前記2つの端部(13、13′)内にそれぞれ延びる2つの切頭円錐形穴(12、12′)によって該円筒形穴(11)の端部において延長されており、当該機械的連結装置は、前記2つの端部(13、13′)の切頭円錐形穴(12、12′)に対してそれぞれ実質的に相補的である切頭円錐形状の第1及び第2の挿入体(20、110)を備え、該第1の挿入体(20)は、前記ねじ(30)のねじ山付き端部(31)との螺合によって協働するようになっている前記長手方向(X)に延びる雌ねじ付きアパーチャ(21)を備え、前記第2の挿入体(110)は、前記長手方向(X)に延びる平滑穴(111)を備え、該平滑穴(111)の直径が前記ねじ(30)の直径よりも実質的に大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の機械的連結装置。
