Claims (12)
- 外板が境界となる航空機胴体に設置する開口に設けるドア枠部であって、前記枠部は、前記開口の両側に配置する垂直な2つの部分構造(62)の間を連結する上方縦補剛材および下方縦補剛材を有し、この部分構造に、ドアによってかかる半径方向の応力を受ける少なくとも1つの突起部(56)を設けるドア枠部において、前記垂直部分構造(62)はそれぞれ、少なくとも3枚の複合材製の壁を有し、該壁が互いに連結して閉鎖した中空の断面を形成してボックスビーム構造となることを特徴とするドア枠部。
- 複合材製の前記垂直な部分構造(62)はそれぞれ、第1の壁(64)と、該第1の壁(64)に連結し、該第1の壁(64)に対してほぼ直角に配置する第2の壁(66)と、前記第1の壁(64)および前記第2の壁(66)に連結してボックスビーム状となる傾斜した第3の壁(68)とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の航空機胴体に設置する開口に備えるドア枠部。
- 前記第1の壁(64)は開口側面を形成し、前記第2の壁(66)は前記航空機の前記外板面に配置することができることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の航空機胴体に設置する開口に備えるドア枠部。
- 前記部分構造(62)はそれぞれ、胴体の外板で閉じた空洞を形成することができる第1の部分(72)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の航空機胴体に設置する開口に備えるドア枠部。
- ボックスビーム状の前記第1の部分(72)は、前記第1の壁(64)を形成する第1の面と、該第1の面に対してほぼ直角な第2の面(76)と、傾斜壁(68)を形成する第3の面と、胴体の外板に対する支持面の役割を果たす第4の面(78)とがある1区画を含むプレートで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の航空機胴体に設置する開口に備えるドア枠部。
- ボックスビーム状の前記第1の部分(72)は、前記第1、前記第2および前記第3の面の航空機の外部に面する表面に対して直角に配置する第2の一連のリブ(82)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の航空機胴体に設置する開口に備えるドア枠部。
- 前記リブ(82)は、該リブ(82)と胴体の外板との間にスペース(86)が残るように適合した寸法であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の航空機胴体に設置する開口に備えるドア枠部。
- ボックスビーム状の前記第1の部分(72)は、前記第3および前記第4の面の航空機内部に面する表面に対して直角に配置する第1の一連のリブ(80)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載の航空機胴体に設置する開口に備えるドア枠部。
- ボックスビーム状の前記部分構造(62)はそれぞれ、前記第1の部分(72)の前記第1の壁(64)と胴体の外板との間とを結合するための形剛(84)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項5から8のいずれか一項に記載の航空機胴体に設置する開口に備えるドア枠部。
- 前記部分構造(62)それぞれの前記第1の部分(72)の前記傾斜壁(68)は、ボックスビーム状の部分構造の内部にアクセスできる孔(88)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項4から9のいずれか一項に記載の航空機胴体に設置する開口に備えるドア枠部。
- 前記部分構造(62)はそれぞれ、胴体の外板面に配置する第2の部分(74)を備え、前記第1の部分は、継目板の機能を果たして枠部の前記第2の部分(74)および胴体の外板の残りの部分に単一の設置面を作る面(78)を有することを特徴とする、請求項4から10のいずれか一項に記載の航空機胴体に設置する開口に備えるドア枠部。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のドア枠部を有する航空機。
