Claims (18)
- 骨固定デバイスを骨に固定するためのシステムであって、
近位端におけるヘッドと遠位端の間に延在する可撓性の長尺状要素であって、骨の目標部位のうちの1つおよび骨安定化要素の周囲に巻き付け、安定化させるように構成され、その第1表面から遠位に延在する複数の突起を含み、各突起は近位当接表面を含む、長尺状要素と、
骨固定要素であって、前記ヘッドから遠位の前記長尺状要素の一部をその中に摺動可能に受容するためのサイズおよび形状とされた、前記骨固定要素を通って延在する溝を含み、前記ヘッドを受容し、前記ヘッドが前記溝を通って遠位に引き出されるのを阻止するための形状とされた凹部を含み、前記骨固定要素および前記長尺状要素のうちの1つは、前記近位当接表面のうちの1つと係合するように構成されたタブを含み、前記突起が形成された前記長尺状要素の一部が前記タブに対して近位に動くのを阻止する、骨固定要素と、
を備える、システム。 - 前記突起は、ラチェットとして前記タブと摺動可能に係合するための傾斜遠位表面を含み、各突起が、前記突起の対応する前記当接表面と係合するための前記タブを超えて遠位に動くように、前記長尺状要素の前記遠位部の遠位方向への動きが、前記タブを越えて前記突起を引き寄せて、前記長尺状要素の遠位部の新たな最近位位置を画定する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記タブは、骨の目標部位の周囲の動作時構成にある場合に前記溝内に受容される、前記長尺状要素の一部上に形成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記タブは、前記突起が形成される第2表面の反対側の、前記長尺状要素の長手軸の側面に位置する前記長尺状要素の第1表面上に形成される、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記溝は、互いに面する第1表面と第2表面によって互いに隣接する前記長尺状要素の2つ分の厚さを受容するためのサイズとされる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記溝は、前記長尺状要素の近位部がその中に受容される第1内腔と、安定化させる骨の部位の周囲に巻き付けられた後に、前記長尺状要素の遠位部がその中に挿入される第2内腔と、を隔てる仕切りを含む、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記仕切りは、そこを通して前記第1表面と前記第2表面が互いに接触する間隙を含む、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1内腔および第2内腔のうちの1つは、前記間隙と直線上に並ぶ隆起部を含み、その中に受容される前記長尺状要素の近位部および遠位部のうちの対応する1つが、前記近位部および遠位部のもう一方と接触することを促進する、請求項6に記載のシステム。

- 骨締結部材を骨に固定するためのデバイスであって、
骨固定要素であって、前記骨締結部材の伸長部をその中に摺動可能に受容するためのサイズおよび形状とされた、前記骨固定要素を通って延在する溝を含み、前記溝の長手軸は、前記骨固定要素の長手軸に対して傾斜しており、前記骨固定要素は、前記骨締結部材の拡大ヘッドを受容するためのサイズおよび形状とされた第1開口部と、前記拡大ヘッドが前記溝を通って前記溝の外部に出るのを阻止するためのサイズおよび形状とされた第2開口部と、を有する凹部を含み、前記溝は、前記骨締結部材が通過する場合に、前記骨締結部材が目標骨の周囲で輪を形成し、前記溝を通って再挿入されるように構成され、前記骨締結部材の近位部は、前記溝内部で前記骨締結部材の遠位部と摩擦係合する、骨固定要素を備える、デバイス。 - 前記溝は、前記骨締結部材の前記近位部をその中に受容する第1内腔と、安定化させる骨の前記目標部位の周囲に巻き付けられた後に、前記骨締結部材の前記遠位部がその中に挿入される第2内腔と、を隔てる仕切りを含む、請求項12に記載のデバイス。
- 前記仕切りは、そこを通して前記骨締結部材の前記近位部および遠位部が接触する間隙を含む、請求項13に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1内腔および第2内腔のうちの1つは、前記骨締結部材の前記近位部および遠位部の所定の部分が互いに接触することを促進するように構成された隆起部を含む、請求項13に記載のデバイス。
- 前記骨固定要素は、手術時構成において骨プレート内に挿入可能な係止ブロックを更に備え、前記係止ブロックは、前記係止ブロックの前記骨プレートへの挿入によって、そこを通して挿入される前記骨締結部材の位置を固定できるように構成される、請求項12に記載のデバイス。
- 前記骨固定要素は骨スクリューおよび骨ピンのうちの1つであり、前記溝がそのヘッドを通って延在する、請求項12に記載のデバイス。
- 前記骨固定要素は、その周囲に前記長尺状要素が固定される骨固定ロッドを受容するための形状とされた凹部を含む茎スクリューである、請求項12に記載のデバイス。
