Claims (25)
- 有機発光ダイオード(OLED)構造物内に一体化された受動型タッチ動作センサ構造物を含むデバイス。
- 前記受動型タッチ動作センサ構造物が、キャパシティブタッチ動作センサ構造物を含む請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記受動型タッチ動作センサ構造物がタッチセンサの配列を含み、前記OLED構造物がOLEDピクセルの配列を含み、前記タッチセンサの配列が単一モジュール内で前記OLEDピクセルの配列により一体化されている、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記OLEDピクセルの配列が2つの導電層間に挟まれたOLE材料を含み、導電性の経路により前記タッチセンサの配列を前記OLED構造物と電気的に接続する、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記受動型タッチ動作センサ構造物は、基板面上にキャパシティブタッチセンサの配列を含む、請求項4に記載のデバイス。
- 前記キャパシティブタッチセンサと接触する前記基板の面は、前記OLEDピクセルの配列からわずかに離れた基板の面を含む、請求項4に記載のデバイス。
- 前記キャパシティブタッチセンサと接触する前記基板の面は、前記OLEDピクセルの配列から最も離れた基板の面を含む、請求項4に記載のデバイス。
- 前記キャパシティブタッチセンサは、インジウムスズ酸化物(ITO)パッチのパターンを含む、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- キャパシティブタッチセンサの配列及び前記OLED構造物が導電性ペーストを介して電気的に接続される、請求項8に記載のデバイス。
- 前記導電ペーストは、前記キャパシティブタッチセンサの配列に関する電気的接続を提供する導電性パッチの形成のための硬化した導電ペーストを含む、請求項9に記載のデバイス。
- 前記OLED構造物は、前記配列のピクセルを電気的にドライブするために前記OLEDピクセルの配列に接続したトランジスタを含む、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ドライブの1以上の基板はガラスを含み、1以上のガラス基板は薄くされている、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 基板の一方側にタッチ動作センサ構造物、及び、別の基板の一方側にOLED構造物を構成する処理と、
前記タッチ動作センサ構造物の1以上の各タッチセンサが導電ペーストを介して前記OLED構造物に電気的に接続されるように、前記タッチ動作センサ構造物及び前記OLED構造物を単一モジュールに組み合わせる処理と、
を含む方法。 - 前記タッチ動作センサ構造物及び前記OLED構造物は、各プロセスによって構成される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記タッチ動作センサ構造物を構成する処理は、当該OLED構造物を構成する処理と異なる温度又は圧力で生じる、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの前記基板はガラス基板を含み、さらにガラス基板を含む前記基板を薄くする処理を含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 熱を加えること、圧力を加えること、放射線を加えること、又はそれらの任意の組み合わせの少なくとも1つを実行することによって、前記導電ペーストを硬化する処理を更に含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- タッチ動作センサ構造物を構成することは、単一インジウムスズ酸化物(SITO)又はダブルインジウムスズ酸化物(DITO)の少なくとも1つを含むキャパシティブタッチ動作センサ構造物を構成することを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 第1の基板及び第2の基板とを含むデバイスであって、
前記第1の基板は、2つの側のうちの第1側に、受動型タッチ動作センサを含む第1層を含み、
前記第2の基板は、2つの側のうちの第1側に、ドライビング薄膜トランジスタを含む第1層と、メタリゼーションサブ層間に挟まれたOLE材料を含む第2層とを含み、前記第1層及び前記第2層は相互に隣接し配置され、これにより前記第1層の薄膜トランジスタの少なくとも幾つかは、メタリゼーションサブ層間に挟まれた前記OLE材料の少なくとも部分を電気的に駆動でき、
前記2つの基板は、前記第1の基板の第2側が前記第2の基板の第2側から最も離れているよう配向され、
前記第1の基板上の前記第1層の受動型タッチ動作センサは、前記第2の基板と電気的に接続していることを特徴とする前記デバイス。 - 導電ペーストは、前記第1の基板上の第1層の受動型タッチ動作センサを、前記第2の基板上のメタライゼーション(金属)層と電気的に接続させる、請求項19に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の基板上の第1層の受動型タッチ動作センサは、前記第2の基板上のメタライゼーション(金属)層と電気的に接続されている、請求項20に記載のデバイス
- 基板の一方側にタッチ動作センサ構造物、及び、別の基板の一方側にOLED構造物を構成する処理と、
前記タッチ動作センサ構造物の1以上の各タッチセンサが導電ペーストを介して前記OLED構造物に電気的に接続されるように、前記タッチ動作センサ構造物及び前記OLED構造物を単一モジュールに組み合わせる処理と、
を含む方法を実行するデバイス。 - タッチ動作センサ構造物及びOLED構造物を構成する前記処理は、OLED構造物を構成する処理から分離する処理によって前記タッチ動作センサ構造物を構成することを含む、請求項22に記載のデバイス。
- OLED構造物を構成する処理から分離する処理によって前記タッチ動作センサ構造物を構成することは、前記OLED構造物のための処理とは異なる前記タッチ動作センサ構造物のための温度又は圧力で生じる処理を用いることを含む、請求項23に記載のデバイス。
- 前記基板の少なくとも1つはガラス基板を含み、前記デバイスを形成する前記方法は、ガラス基板を含む少なくとも1つの前記基板を薄くすることを更に含む、請求項22に記載のデバイス。
