B)(成分の重量部の合計A+B+Cに基づいて、)6〜12重量部、好ましくは7〜11重量部、特に好ましくは8.5〜10重量部のグラフトポリマーであって、
B.1 (各場合、グラフトポリマーBに基づいて、)5〜30重量%、好ましくは5〜25重量%、特に好ましくは11〜19重量%の少なくとも1つのビニルモノマーのシェル、および
B.2 (各場合、グラフトポリマーBに基づいて、)95〜70重量%、好ましくは90〜75重量%、特に好ましくは81〜89重量%の1以上のシリコン−アクリレートコンポジットゴムのグラフトベース
を有するグラフトポリマー、
C)(成分の重量部の合計A+B+Cに基づいて、)4〜10重量部、好ましくは5〜9重量部、特に好ましくは5.2〜6.5重量部の式(VIII)によるリン化合物

置換文字qは互いに独立して0、1、2、3または4を表し、

D)(成分の重量部の合計A+B+Cに基づいて、)0〜3重量部、好ましくは0.01〜1重量部、特に好ましくは0.1〜0.6重量部のドリッピング防止剤、
E)(成分の重量部の合計A+B+Cに基づいて、)0〜3重量部、好ましくは0〜1重量部の、熱可塑性ビニル(コ)ポリマー(E.1)および/またはポリアルキレンテレフタレート(E.2);特に好ましくは、組成物は熱可塑性ビニル(コ)ポリマー(E.1)および/またはポリアルキレンテレフタレート(E.2)を含まず、
F)(成分の重量部の合計A+B+Cに基づいて、)0〜20重量部、好ましくは0.1〜10重量部、特に好ましくは0.2〜5重量部のさらなる添加剤
を含有する組成物であって、
成分Bの、成分Dからのリン内容物に対する重量比は16〜22:1、好ましくは17〜19:1の範囲内であり、
組成物はゴム非含有ポリアルキル(アルキル)アクリレートを含まない
組成物が備えることを見出し、
かつここで、本願の全ての重量部データは、組成物中の成分の重量部の合計A+B+Cが100であるように、標準化される。
本発明に従って好適な成分Aによる芳香族ポリカーボネートおよび/または芳香族ポリエステルカーボネートは、文献から公知であり、または文献から公知の方法によって調製され得る(たとえば、芳香族ポリカーボネートの調製については、たとえば、シュネル(Schnell),「ポリカーボネートの化学と物理(Chemistry and Physics of Polycarbonates)」,インターサイエンス・パブリッシャーズ(Interscience Publishers),1964,およびドイツ特許公開第DE−AS 1 495 626号公報、DE−A 2 232 877号公報、DE−A 2 703 376号公報、DE−A 2 714 544号公報、DE−A 3 000 610号公報、DE−A 3 832 396号公報参照;芳香族ポリエステルカーボネートの調製については、たとえば、ドイツ特許公開第DE−A 3 077 934号公報参照)。
Aは単結合、C1〜C5−アルキレン、C2〜C5−アルキリデン、C5〜C6−シクロアルキリデン、−O−、−SO−、−CO−、−S−、−SO2−、C6〜C12−アリーレンを表し、これには任意にヘテロ原子を含有するさらなる芳香族環が縮合されてもよく、
または式(II)または(III)の基であり、
置換文字xはそれぞれ、互いに独立して0、1または2であり、
pは1または0を表し、かつ
R7およびR8はX1毎に独立して選択されてもよく、それぞれ互いに独立して水素またはC1〜C6−アルキル、好ましくは水素、メチルまたはエチルであり、
X1は炭素を表し、かつ
mは4〜7、好ましくは4または5の整数を表し、但し、R7およびR8は少なくとも1つの原子X1上では同じアルキルである。
グラフトポリマーBは、フリーラジカル重合によって、たとえば、エマルジョン、懸濁液、溶液または塊状重合によって、好ましくはエマルジョンまたは塊状重合によって調製される。
R9は水素またはメチルを表し、
R10はC1〜C4−アルキル、好ましくはメチル、エチルまたはプロピル、またはフェニルを表し、
nは0、1または2を表し、
pは1〜6の整数を表す。
(成分C)
任意に式(VIII)によるモノリン化合物(ここで、N=0およびR1、R2、R4、およびnは上で与えられる意味を有する)とを含有する。
本発明による組成物はドリッピング防止剤として、好ましくはフッ素化ポリオレフィンDを含有してもよい。フッ素化ポリオレフィンは一般的に公知である(たとえば、欧州特許出願第EP−A 640 655号公報参照)。市販入手可能な製品はたとえば、デュポン(DuPont)製のテフロン(Teflon)(登録商標)30 Nである。
成分Eは1以上の熱可塑性ビニル(コ)ポリマーE.1および/またはポリアルキレンテレフタレートE.2を含有する。
E.1.1 50〜99重量部、好ましくは60〜80重量部のビニル芳香族化合物および/または環上が置換されたビニル芳香族化合物(たとえば、スチレン、α−メチルスチレン、p−メチルスチレン、p−クロロスチレン)と、
E.1.2 1〜50重量部、好ましくは20〜40重量部のビニルシアニド(不飽和ニトリル、たとえば、アクリロニトリルおよびメタクリロニトリル)および/または不飽和カルボン酸(たとえば、マレイン酸)および/または不飽和カルボン酸の誘導体(たとえば、無水物およびイミド)(たとえば、マレイン酸無水物およびN−フェニルマレイミド)との、
(コ)ポリマーが特に好適である。
本発明による成形組成物は、少なくとも1つの常套の添加剤、たとえば、潤滑剤および離型剤、核化剤、帯電防止剤、安定剤、着色剤および顔料、さらには充填剤および補強剤を含有してもよい。
溶媒としてCH2Cl2中で25℃で0.5g/100mlの濃度での測定で、ηrel=1.28の相対溶液粘度を有するビスフェノールAに基づく線形ポリカーボネート。
溶媒としてCH2Cl2中で25℃で0.5g/100mlの濃度での測定で、ηrel=1.20の相対溶液粘度を有するビスフェノールAに基づく線形ポリカーボネート。
溶媒としてCH2Cl2中で25℃で0.5g/100mlの濃度での測定で、ηrel=1.33の相対溶液粘度を有するビスフェノールAに基づく分岐ポリカーボネートであって、これは、イサチンビスクレゾールとビスフェノールAの合計に基づいて、0.3mol%のイサチンビスクレゾールの添加によって分岐されたものである。
15重量%のポリメチルメタクリレートのシェルの、85重量%のシリコン−アクリレートコンポジットゴムのグラフトベースにおけるグラフトポリマー。
25重量%のSAN(スチレンの、アクリロニトリルに対する重量比=72:28)のシェルの、75%のポリブタジエンゴムのグラフトベースにおけるグラフトポリマー。
20重量%のポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)のシェルの、80重量%のブチルアクリレートゴムのグラフトベースにおけるグラフトポリマー。
ポリテトラフルオロエチレンパウダー、CFP 6000N(デュポン(DuPont))
F−1:潤滑剤/離型剤としてのペンタエリトリトールテトラステアレート
F−2:ホスフィト安定剤、イルガノックス(Irganox)(登録商標)B900(チバ・スペシャリティ・ケミカルズ(Ciba Specialty Chemicals),バスル,スイス)

Claims (14)
- A)(成分の合計A+B+Cに基づいて、)77〜90重量部の線形および/または分岐芳香族ポリカーボネートおよび/または芳香族ポリエステルカーボネート、
B)(成分の合計A+B+Cに基づいて、)6〜12重量部のグラフトポリマーであって、
B.1 (各場合、グラフトポリマーBに基づいて、)5〜30重量%の少なくとも1つのビニルモノマーのシェル、および
B.2 (各場合、グラフトポリマーBに基づいて、)95〜70重量%の1以上のシリコン−アクリレートコンポジットゴムのグラフトベース
を有するグラフトポリマー、
C)(成分の合計A+B+Cに基づいて、)4〜10重量部の式(VIII)によるリン化合物
置換文字nは互いに独立して0または1を表し、
置換文字qは互いに独立して0、1、2、3または4を表し、
Nは0.1〜10を表し、
R5およびR6は互いに独立して、C1〜C4−アルキル、好ましくはメチル、またはハロゲン、好ましくは塩素および/または臭素を表し、
Yは、単結合、C1〜C7−アルキリデン、C1〜C7−アルキレン、C5〜C12−シクロアルキレン、C5〜C12−シクロアルキリデン、−O−、−S−、−SO−、−SO2−または−CO−を表す)、
D)(成分の合計A+B+Cに基づいて、)0〜3重量部のドリッピング防止剤、
E)(成分の合計A+B+Cに基づいて、)0〜3重量部の、熱可塑性ビニル(コ)ポリマー(E.1)および/またはポリアルキレンテレフタレート(E.2);特に好ましくは、組成物は熱可塑性ビニル(コ)ポリマー(E.1)および/またはポリアルキレンテレフタレート(E.2)を含まず、
F)(成分の合計A+B+Cに基づいて、)0〜20重量部のさらなる添加剤
を含有する組成物であって、
成分Bの、成分Dからのリン内容物に対する重量比は16〜22:1、好ましくは17〜19:1の範囲内であり、
組成物はゴム非含有ポリアルキル(アルキル)アクリレートを含まない組成物。 - (成分の合計A+B+Cに基づいて、)8.5〜10重量部の成分Bを含有する請求項1による組成物。
- モノマーB.1は、メチルメタクリレート、エチルメタクリレート、2−エチルヘキシルメタクリレート、アリルメタクリレート、メチルアクリレート、エチルアクリレート、n−ブチルアクリレートおよびtert−ブチルアクリレートから成る群の少なくとも1つから選択される請求項1による組成物。
- (成分の合計A+B+Cに基づいて、)5.2〜6.5重量部の成分Cを含有する請求項1による組成物。
- 成分Cとして、モノホスフェートと式(VIII)によるオリゴホスフェートの混合物を含有し、Nの平均値が0.1〜10である請求項1による組成物。
- Nが1.06〜1.15である請求項1または5による組成物。
- (成分の合計A+B+Cに基づいて、)0.1〜0.6重量部の成分Dを含有する請求項1による組成物。
- 組成物は熱可塑性ビニル(コ)ポリマー(E.1)および/またはポリアルキレンテレフタレート(E.2)を含まない請求項1による組成物。
- (成分の合計A+B+Cに基づいて、)0.1〜10重量部の成分Fを含有する請求項1による組成物。
- 成分Fとして、潤滑剤および離型剤、核化剤、帯電防止剤、安定剤、着色剤、顔料、充填剤、補強剤および超微粉砕無機化合物から成る群から選択される少なくとも1つの添加剤を含有し、超微粉砕無機化合物は200nm以下の平均粒子直径を有する請求項1または9による組成物。
- 射出成形または熱形成成形物の製造における請求項1〜10のいずれか1つによる組成物の使用。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1つによる組成物を含有する成形物。
- 成形物は、自動車、バス、トラック、トレーラハウス、トラック車体、船または他の車体の部品であり、または、建築分野用カバープレート、フラットウォール部品、パーテーションウォール、壁および縁を保護するためのストリップ、電気設備コンジット、ケーブルガイド、導電体レールカバー、窓およびドアの外形用異形材、調度品または道路標識の部品であることを特徴とする請求項12による成形物。
- 成形物は、エアバッグ用および/または換気扇用側壁、外装材またはカバー、自動車、バス、トラックまたはトレーラハウスの側面部品、ハンドルまたはヘッドレストの部品または貯蔵領域であることを特徴とする請求項12による成形物品。
