Abstract
Description
(1)液化貨物、すなわちLPGを周囲温度よりも低い温度で輸送する、全冷却式(fully refrigerated)LPG運搬船として知られるLPG運搬船、および
(2)液化貨物、すなわちLPGを大気圧よりも高い圧力、かつ周囲温度よりも低い温度で輸送するLPG運搬船。後者は、半冷却/半加圧式(semi−refrigerated/semi−pressurised)として知られている。
・2つの分離貨物について貨物タンクの圧力および温度を維持すること、
・航行中、貨物を冷却すること、および
・荷積み時に貨物を冷却すること。
4つの液密容器AからDを備えた典型的なVLGCを、いくつかの異なる貨物を運搬するように設計し、これら貨物のうち、最も低温の貨物と思われるのはプロパンである。貨物構成への熱漏洩の計算は、例えば総計427kWになり、その場合、各貨物タンク構成への熱漏洩は、

液密容器B:112kW
液密容器C:112kW
液密容器D:107kW
となる。
再液化ユニットを、少なくとも一方を稼働させて使用して、第1の貨物タイプからの蒸気を凝縮するステップと、
凝縮蒸気を熱交換器に通過させるステップと、
第2の貨物タイプからの蒸気を熱交換器に同時に流して、凝縮蒸気との熱交換によってその蒸気を凝縮するステップと、
熱交換器から出た凝縮蒸気をそれぞれの貨物タイプに戻すステップと
を含む方法によって、実現される。
再液化ユニットが、少なくとも一方を稼働させて、第1の貨物タイプからの蒸気を凝縮するように使用され、
凝縮蒸気が熱交換器を通過し、
第2の貨物タイプからの蒸気が熱交換器を同時に流れて、凝縮蒸気との熱交換によって蒸気が凝縮し、
熱交換器から出た凝縮蒸気がそれぞれの貨物タイプに戻る、
システムに関する。

Claims (19)
- LPG運搬船、特に、同じ船荷上で2つの異なるLPGタイプの貨物を有するLPG運搬船上でLPGを貯蔵し輸送する方法であって、
前記LPG運搬船が再液化ユニット(300、400)を有し、該再液化ユニット(300、400)において、蒸発ガスが凝縮され、次いでそれぞれのLPG貨物タイプ用の少なくとも1つの貨物タンク(100)に戻る、LPGを貯蔵し輸送する方法において、
前記再液化ユニット(300、400)を、少なくとも一方を稼働させて使用し、前記貨物タイプの第1の貨物からの蒸気を凝縮して、第1の凝縮蒸気を生成するステップと、
前記第1の凝縮蒸気を熱交換器(500)に通過させるステップと、
前記2つの貨物タイプの第2の貨物からの蒸気を前記熱交換器(500)に同時に流して、前記第1の凝縮蒸気との熱交換によって前記蒸気を凝縮し、第2の凝縮蒸気を生成するステップと、
前記熱交換器から出た前記第1の凝縮蒸気および前記第2の凝縮蒸気を前記それぞれの貨物タイプに戻すステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 圧力要件を満たすように、前記再液化ユニット(300、400)からの前記第1の凝縮蒸気を、前記熱交換器(500)の上流または下流で絞るステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記圧力要件を満たすように、前記凝縮蒸気を2段階で絞るステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の凝縮蒸気および前記第2の凝縮蒸気が、前記それぞれの貨物タンク(100、200)内に自由に流れ戻ることができるように、前記熱交換器(500)を前記LPG運搬船の高い位置に取り付けるステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の貨物タイプ用の少なくとも1つの貨物タンク(200)に戻る自由流が妨害される場合、前記第2の貨物タイプに戻すべき前記第2の凝縮蒸気をポンプで送るステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 凝縮圧力を高め、したがって前記熱交換器(500)の配置により高い融通性を持たせることができるように、前記第2の貨物タイプの蒸気を、前記熱交換器(500)の上流で圧縮するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 気相と液相とに分離するように、前記熱交換器(500)から戻る前記第1の貨物タイプの前記第1の凝縮蒸気を、分離器に通過させるステップと、
液体を前記第1の貨物タイプに戻すステップと
をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 電気モータ(1.900)によって前記再液化ユニット(300、400)の往復圧縮機(2.000)を動作させ、可能な場合には、前記電気モータの電力能力を使用するように、前記モータの速度を標準よりも上げるステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- LPG運搬船、特に、同じ船荷上の2つの異なるLPGタイプの貨物を有するLPG運搬船上で、LPGを貯蔵し輸送するシステムであって、
該システムは、再液化ユニット(300、400)を有し、該再液化ユニット(300、400)において、蒸発ガスが凝縮され、次いでそれぞれのLPG貨物タイプ用の少なくとも1つの貨物タンク(100)に戻る、LPGを貯蔵し輸送するシステムにおいて、
前記再液化ユニット(300、400)が、少なくとも一方を稼働させて、前記2つの貨物タイプの第1の貨物からの第1の蒸気を凝縮するように構成され、
熱交換器(500)が前記第1の凝縮蒸気を通過させるように構成され、前記熱交換器(500)が前記貨物タイプの第2の貨物からの蒸気を前記熱交換器(500)に同時に流して前記蒸気を凝縮し、前記第1の凝縮蒸気との熱交換によって第2の凝縮蒸気を生成するようにさらに構成され、
前記熱交換器が、前記第1の凝縮蒸気および前記第2の凝縮蒸気が前記熱交換器から出て前記それぞれの貨物タイプに戻ることを可能とする出口を有することを特徴とする、システム。 - 前記再液化ユニット(400)のうちの一方が、待機動作にあるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱交換器が、自由流凝縮器(500)であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記貨物タイプが、前記それぞれの貨物タイプ用の少なくとも1つの別個のタンク(100、200)で、貨物タンク内に保持されることを特徴とする、請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記再液化ユニット(300、400)からの前記第1の凝縮蒸気が、前記熱交換器(500)の上流のまたは下流で流動ラインに配置された絞り弁(600)を用いて絞られることを特徴とする、請求項9から12のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記再液化ユニット(300、400)からの前記第1の凝縮蒸気が、2段階で絞られることを特徴とする、請求項9から12のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱交換器(500)が、前記LPG運搬船の高い位置に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項9から14のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の貨物タイプを積載した前記少なくとも1つの貨物タンク(200)に戻る自由流が妨害される場合、前記第2の凝縮蒸気が、配管(7)に位置するポンプ(700)によって送られることを特徴とする、請求項9から14のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の貨物タイプの蒸気が、前記熱交換器(500)の上流に配置された圧縮機(800)によって圧縮されることを特徴とする、請求項9から15のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱交換器(500)から戻った前記第1の貨物タイプの前記第1の凝縮蒸気が、分離器を通過し、前記分離された液体が、前記第1の貨物タイプ用の前記少なくとも1つのタンク(100)に戻ることを特徴とする、請求項9から17のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記再液化ユニット(300、400)の往復圧縮機(2.000)が、電気モータ(1.900)によって動作され、可能な場合には、前記電気モータの速度が標準速度よりも上げられることを特徴とする、請求項9から18のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
