Claims (15)
- 多層、熱収縮性フィルムであって、

前記ミクロ層のそれぞれおよび前記バルク層が厚みを有し、前記ミクロ層のいずれかの厚みの前記バルク層の厚みに対する比率が約1:2から約1:40に及ぶものであり;並びに
前記熱収縮性フィルムが、0.7ミル未満の厚みと、前記フィルムの長さまたは幅寸法に沿って少なくとも一方向で測定して少なくとも10グラムのエルメンドルフ引裂値(ASTM D1922−06a)とを有するものである
多層、熱収縮性フィルム。 - フィルムの長さまたは幅寸法に沿って少なくとも一方向で測定して、前記フィルムが少なくとも3の配向比を有する、請求項1に記載の熱収縮性フィルム。
- 前記ミクロ層の少なくとも1つが、再循環ポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の熱収縮性フィルム。
- 前記ミクロ層部が、このフィルムの総重量に基づき、1重量パーセントと50重量パーセントの間の再循環ポリマーを含む、請求項3に記載の熱収縮性フィルム。

a.バルク層を押し出す工程と;
b.少なくとも10のミクロ層を共押し出ししてミクロ層部を形成する工程と;
c.前記バルク層と前記ミクロ層部を合流させて多層フィルムを形成する工程と;
d.前記多層フィルムを、前記フィルムに熱収縮性を付与する条件下で延伸配向させる工程と
を含み、
前記ミクロ層のそれぞれおよび前記バルク層が厚みを有し、前記ミクロ層のいずれかの厚みの前記バルク層の厚みに対する比率が約1:2から約1:40に及ぶものであり;
前記フィルムが、200°Fで少なくとも約10%の全自由収縮(ASTM D2732−03)を有するものであり;並びに
前記熱収縮性フィルムが、前記フィルムの長さまたは幅寸法に沿って少なくとも一方向で測定して少なくとも30グラム/ミルのエルメンドルフ引裂値(ASTM D1922−06a)を有するものである
多層、熱収縮性フィルムを製造する方法。 - 前記ミクロ層の少なくとも1つが、もう2つのポリマーのブレンドを含み、および少なくとも1つの他のミクロ層とは異なる組成を有する、請求項1に記載の熱収縮性フィルム。
- 前記フィルムの長さまたは幅寸法に沿って少なくとも一方向で測定して少なくとも約30グラム/ミルのエルメンドルフ引裂値(ASTM D1922−06a)を有する、請求項1に記載の熱収縮性フィルム。
- 前記ミクロ層部が、構造:
A/B

Bは、2つ以上のポリマーのブレンドを含むミクロ層を表し、および

- Bが、フィルムの総重量に基づき、1重量パーセントと50重量パーセントの間の再循環ポリマーを含む、請求項12に記載の熱収縮性フィルム。
