Abstract

1. Многослойная термоусадочных пленка, содержащая:а. основной слой иб. микрослоистую часть, содержащую множество микрослоев,при этом каждый из микрослоев и основной слой имеют толщину, а соотношение толщины любого из микрослоев и толщины основного слоя составляет от около 1:2 до около 1:40, итермоусадочная пленка имеет толщину менее чем 0,7 мил и сопротивление разрыву по Элмендорфу (ASTM D1922-06a) по меньшей мере 10 г, измеренное по меньшей мере в одном направлении по длине или ширине пленки.2. Термоусадочная пленка по п.1, которая имеет степень ориентационного вытягивания по меньшей мере 3, измеренную по меньшей мере в одном направлении по длине или ширине пленки.3. Термоусадочная пленка по п.1, в которой по меньшей мере один из микрослоев содержит вторичный полимер.4. Claims (15)

1. Многослойная термоусадочных пленка, содержащая:
а. основной слой и
б. микрослоистую часть, содержащую множество микрослоев,
при этом каждый из микрослоев и основной слой имеют толщину, а соотношение толщины любого из микрослоев и толщины основного слоя составляет от около 1:2 до около 1:40, и
термоусадочная пленка имеет толщину менее чем 0,7 мил и сопротивление разрыву по Элмендорфу (ASTM D1922-06a) по меньшей мере 10 г, измеренное по меньшей мере в одном направлении по длине или ширине пленки.
2. Термоусадочная пленка по п.1, которая имеет степень ориентационного вытягивания по меньшей мере 3, измеренную по меньшей мере в одном направлении по длине или ширине пленки.
3. Термоусадочная пленка по п.1, в которой по меньшей мере один из микрослоев содержит вторичный полимер.

7. Термоусадочная пленка по п.1, которая дополнительно содержит по меньшей мере второй основной слой и в которой микрослоистая часть расположена между двумя основными слоями.
8. Термоусадочная пленка по п.1, в которой каждый микрослой имеет толщину от около 0,001 до 0,015 мил.
9. Термоусадочная пленка по п.1, в которой пленка имеет общую свободную усадку (ASTM D2732-03) по меньшей мере около 10% при 200°F.
10. Термоусадочная пленка по п.1, в которой по меньшей мере один из микрослоев содержит смесь двух полимеров и имеет состав, отличающийся от состава по меньшей мере одного другого микрослоя.
11. Термоусадочная пленка по п.1, в которой термоусадочная пленка имеет сопротивление разрыву по Элмендорфу (ASTM D1922-06a) по меньшей мере около 30 г/мил, измеренное по меньшей мере в одном направлении по длине или ширине пленки.
12. Термоусадочная пленка по п.11, в которой микрослоистая часть содержит повторяющуюся последовательность слоев, имеющую следующую структуру:
A/B,
в которой,
A означает микрослой, содержащий один или несколько полимеров,
B означает микрослой, содержащий смесь двух или более полимеров и
A имеет состав, отличающийся от состава В.
13. Термоусадочная пленка по п.12, в которой слои A и B содержат одно или несколько из следующего: сополимер этилена и альфа-олефина, сополимер этилена и винилацетата, гомополимеры или сополимер полипропилена, сополимер этилена и метакриловой кислоты, привитой малеиновым ангидридом полиэтилен, полиамид, или полиэтилен низкой плотности.
14. Термоусадочная пленка по п.12, в которой слой B содержит от 1 до 50% вторичного полимера в пересчете на общий вес пленки.
15. Способ изготовления многослойной термоусадочной пленки, согласно которому:
а. путем экструзии формируют основной слой,
б. путем совместной экструзии формируют множество микрослоев, образующих микрослоистую часть,
в. соединяют основной слой и микрослоистую часть, чтобы получить многослойную пленку, и
г. осуществляют ориентационное вытягивание многослойной пленки в условиях, придающих пленке способность к термоусадке,
при этом каждый из микрослоев и основной слой имеют толщину, а соотношение толщины любого из микрослоев и толщины основного слоя составляет от около 1:2 до около 1:40, и
пленка имеет общую свободную усадку (ASTM D2732-03) по меньшей мере около 10% при 200°F.
