(i)80〜95重量パーセントの、均一に分岐した線状エチレンポリマー組成物及び不均一に分岐した線状エチレンポリマー組成物を含む少なくとも1つのエチレン/α−オレフィンインターポリマー組成物であって、前記エチレン/α−オレフィンポリマーが0.85g/cc〜0.940g/ccの範囲の密度を有することを特徴とする、エチレン/α−オレフィンインターポリマー組成物、ならびに
(ii)5〜20重量パーセントの少なくとも1つの高圧エチレンポリマーであって、6.0g/10分未満のメルトインデックスI 2 、少なくとも0.916g/ccの密度、少なくとも7.0のMw/Mn比、及びゲル浸透クロマトグラフィーによって決定される双峰性の分子量分布を有することを特徴とする、高圧エチレンポリマー、を含む配合物であって、
少なくとも1.0g/10分のメルトインデックスI 2 を有する、配合物と、
(b)均一に及び不均一に分岐した線状エチレンポリマーからなる群から選択される少なくとも2つの成分を含む線状低密度ポリエチレン組成物であって、0.86〜0.940g/ccの密度、及び0.5〜50g/10分のI 2 を有する、組成物と、を含む、多層構造。
[2]前記共押出シーラント層が少なくとも8gsmのコーティング重量を有する、前記[1]に記載の多層構造。
[3]前記シーラント層がLDPE層と共押し出しされ、前記LDPEが5〜15gsmのコーティング重量を有する、前記[1]に記載の多層構造。
[4]前記シーラント層がスリップ剤をさらに含む、前記[1]に記載の多層構造。
[5]配向ポリオレフィン、配向PET、及び配向ポリアミドからなる群から選択される配向ポリマー層をさらに含む、前記[1]〜[4]のいずれか一項に記載の多層構造。
[6]バリア層をさらに含む、前記[1]〜[5]のいずれか一項に記載の多層構造。
[7]配向ポリオレフィン、配向PET、及び配向ポリアミドからなる群から選択される配向ポリマー層と、
バリア層と、
押出積層体と、
任意で、前記配向ポリオレフィン層と前記押出積層体との間の第1のプライマーと、
任意で、前記バリア層と前記共押出シーラント層との間の第2のプライマーであって、前記バリア層が前記押出積層体に隣接している、第2のプライマーと、をさらに含む、前記[1]に記載の多層構造。
[8]前記押出積層体がポリプロピレンを含む、前記[7]に記載の多層構造。
[9]前記シーラント層が、8gsmのコーティング重量でコーティングされる場合、前記シーラント層は以下の特性、1インチ当たり少なくとも3Nのホットタック強度及び1インチ当たり少なくとも20Nの密封強度、の少なくとも1つを示す、前記[1]に記載の多層構造。

(ii)5〜20重量パーセントの少なくとも1つの高圧エチレンポリマーであって、6.0g/10分未満のメルトインデックスI 2 、少なくとも0.916g/ccの密度、少なくとも7.0のMw/Mn比、及びゲル浸透クロマトグラフィーによって決定される双峰性の分子量分布を有することを特徴とする、高圧エチレンポリマー、を含む配合物であって、
少なくとも1.0g/10分のメルトインデックスI 2 を有する、配合物と、
(b)均一に及び不均一に分岐した線状エチレンポリマーからなる群から選択される少なくとも2つの成分を含む線状低密度ポリエチレン組成物であって、0.86〜0.940g/ccの密度及び0.5〜50g/10分のI 2 を有する、組成物と、を含み、
前記シーラント層が8〜30gsmの量で存在する、方法。
[11]LDPE層を前記押出コーティングシーラント層と共押し出しすることをさらに含み、前記LDPE層が5〜15gsmの量で存在する、前記[10]に記載の押出コーティング多層構造を調製するための方法。
[12]前記シーラント層の溶解温度が前記LDPE層の溶解温度よりも低い、前記[11]に記載の押出コーティング多層構造を調製するための方法。
[13]前記[1]に記載の多層構造を含む、包装。
Claims (10)
- シーラント層を含む押出コーティング多層構造であって、
前記シーラント層が、
(a)
(i)80〜95重量パーセントの、均一に分岐した線状エチレンポリマー組成物及び不均一に分岐した線状エチレンポリマー組成物を含む少なくとも1つのエチレン/α−オレフィンインターポリマー組成物であって、前記エチレン/α−オレフィンインターポリマーが0.85g/cc〜0.940g/ccの範囲の密度を有することを特徴とする、エチレン/α−オレフィンインターポリマー組成物、ならびに
(ii)5〜20重量パーセントの少なくとも1つの高圧エチレンポリマーであって、6.0g/10分未満のメルトインデックスI2、少なくとも0.916g/ccの密度、少なくとも7.0のMw/Mn比、及びゲル浸透クロマトグラフィーによって決定される双峰性の分子量分布を有することを特徴とする、高圧エチレンポリマー、を含む配合物であって、
少なくとも1.0g/10分のメルトインデックスI2を有する、配合物と、
(b)均一に及び不均一に分岐した線状エチレンポリマーからなる群から選択される少なくとも2つの成分を含む線状低密度ポリエチレン組成物であって、0.86〜0.940g/ccの密度、及び0.5〜50g/10分のI2を有する、組成物と、を含む、多層構造。 - 前記シーラント層が少なくとも8gsmのコーティング重量を有する、請求項1に記載の多層構造。
- 前記シーラント層がLDPE層と共押し出しされ、前記LDPEが5〜15gsmのコーティング重量を有する、請求項1に記載の多層構造。
- 前記シーラント層がスリップ剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の多層構造。
- 配向ポリオレフィン、配向PET、及び配向ポリアミドからなる群から選択される配向ポリマー層をさらに含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の多層構造。
- 配向ポリオレフィン、配向PET、及び配向ポリアミドからなる群から選択される配向ポリマー層と、
バリア層と、
ポリオレフィンからなる押出層と、
任意で、前記配向ポリマー層と前記押出層との間の第1のプライマーと、
任意で、前記バリア層と前記シーラント層との間の第2のプライマーであって、前記バリア層が前記押出層に隣接している、第2のプライマーと、をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の多層構造。 - 前記シーラント層が、8gsmのコーティング重量でコーティングされる場合、前記シーラント層は以下の特性、1インチ当たり少なくとも3Nのホットタック強度及び1インチ当たり少なくとも20Nの密封強度、の少なくとも1つを示す、請求項1に記載の多層構造。
- 押出コーティング多層構造を調製するための方法であって、
少なくとも2層を有する積層体上にシーラント層を押出コーティングすることを含み、前記シーラント層は、
(a)
(i)80〜95重量パーセントの、均一に分岐した線状エチレンポリマー組成物及び不均一に分岐した線状エチレンポリマー組成物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つのエチレン/α−オレフィンインターポリマー組成物であって、前記エチレン/α−オレフィンインターポリマー組成物が0.85g/cc〜0.940g/ccの範囲の密度を有することを特徴とする、エチレン/α−オレフィンインターポリマー組成物、ならびに
(ii)5〜20重量パーセントの少なくとも1つの高圧エチレンポリマーであって、6.0g/10分未満のメルトインデックスI2、少なくとも0.916g/ccの密度、少なくとも7.0のMw/Mn比、及びゲル浸透クロマトグラフィーによって決定される双峰性の分子量分布を有することを特徴とする、高圧エチレンポリマー、を含む配合物であって、
