Abstract
Description
本願は、2009年2月19日に出願された米国仮特許出願第61/153709号明細書と、2009年2月26日に出願された米国仮特許出願第61/155562号明細書とについての優先権を主張する。
1.術前検査(角膜曲率測定法、角膜トポグラフィー、細隙灯)
2.IOLの方向の計算

4.トーリックIOLの外科的な挿入と、予め計算された軸線に従った位置合わせ
本発明の様々な実施形態では、レンズの設置において外科医を補助すべく、正確な径方向のグリッド又は正確な位置合わせガイドを提供することによって、白内障手術についてのトーリック眼内レンズ(IOL)の位置合わせが改良される。細隙灯顕微鏡が眼の画像を得るのに使用されることができ、径方向のグリッド、レンズ位置合わせガイド、及び/又は回転方向の位置合わせのための他の基準を含む画像の重ね表示が、コンピュータの表示器を含む任意の適切な形態における外科的なガイドとして、情報を示す眼の印刷画像(printed image)における外科的なガイドとして、又は手術中に眼の上に直接投影することによる外科的なガイドとして提供されうる。
・角膜曲率測定法によって計算された角度値に従ったトーリックIOLの軸線の重ね表示。トーリックIOLの軸線は目盛盤の中心を横切り、角度値は、重ね表示された目盛盤の0°〜180°の軸線を参照するであろう(図1における156°の角度値を有する線を参照)。
・目盛盤の中心と、外科医が眼の虹彩の周辺又は縁血管上のマーキングを基準として選ぶ、他の解剖学的ランドマークとを通って横切る軸線の重ね表示。ソフトウェアはこれら参照点の各点に隣接する角度値を表示するであろう(図1における82.5°の角度値を有する線を参照)。
a.カメラを細隙灯顕微鏡に正確に位置合わせするための機構を提供することと、
b.画像分析に基づいて瞳孔中心の正確な配置を提供することと、
c.眼の実際の経線に従って分度器を設置し、ひいては正確な参照角度システムを生成すべく、外科医をガイドすることによって手術中の正確な分度器設置を可能とすることと
によって白内障手術についてのIOLの位置合わせ処理における誤差のいくつかの源に対処する。
Claims (23)
- 眼について径方向の位置合わせガイドを生成するための方法において、
拡げられていない眼から、瞳孔に対する術前の位置合わせデータを収集することと、
前記眼が拡げられる間、該眼の瞳孔中心を配置することと、
該瞳孔中心に対して、前記拡げられた眼の画像上に前記位置合わせデータを表示することと
を含む、方法。 - 前記位置合わせデータを表示することが、径方向のグリッドを表示することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記位置合わせデータを表示することが、前記眼に対する少なくとも一つの経線を表示することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記経線に対して分度器を位置合わせすることを更に含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記位置合わせデータを表示することが、径方向のグリッドを表示することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記瞳孔中心を配置することが、眼の中心を配置すべくポインティング・デバイスを手動で移動させることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記瞳孔中心を配置することが、画像分析ソフトウェアを使用して前記瞳孔中心を自動的に配置することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記位置合わせデータを表示することが、トーリック眼内レンズについての円柱軸線を表示することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 眼について径方向の位置合わせガイドを生成するためのシステムであって、
拡げられていない眼からの、瞳孔に対する術前の位置合わせデータを保存するのに使用可能なメモリと、
前記眼が拡げられる間、該眼の瞳孔中心を配置するのに使用可能なプロセッサと、
前記瞳孔中心に対して、前記拡げられた眼の画像上に前記位置合わせデータを表示するのに使用可能な表示器と
を具備する、システム。 - 前記位置合わせデータの表示が径方向のグリッドを含む、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記位置合わせデータの表示が前記眼に対する少なくとも一つの経線の表示を含む、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記経線に対して位置合わせされるように構成された分度器を更に具備する、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記位置合わせデータの表示が径方向のグリッドを含む、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサに前記瞳孔の中心を指示するように手動で移動可能なポインディング・デバイスを更に具備する、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサが、画像分析ソフトウェアを使用して前記瞳孔中心を配置するように使用可能である、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記位置合わせデータの表示がトーリック眼内レンズについての円柱軸線を含む、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 拡げられていない眼から、瞳孔に対する術前の位置合わせデータを収集するステップと、
前記眼が拡げられる間、該眼の瞳孔中心を配置するステップと、
該瞳孔中心に対して、前記拡げられた眼の画像上に前記位置合わせデータを表示するステップと
を実施するようにプロセッサによって実行可能な、コンピュータ可読媒体に包含されたソフトウェア。 - 前記位置合わせデータを表示することが、径方向のグリッドを表示することを含む、請求項17に記載のソフトウェア。
