Abstract
Description
いことが時々起こる。
えばコバルト塩なども含有させてもよい。本ボトルにまた更にイオン性相溶剤、例えばアイオノマーまたはスルホ−コポリエステルなども含有させてもよい。そのような炭酸含有殺菌製品はジュースおよびビールから成る群より選択可能である。
ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)と5−スルホイソフタル酸のコポリエステルであるPolyShield(商標)ポリエステル樹脂(Invista、ドイツ)および元素状コバルトの量が70ppmになるような量のコバルト塩。

ーは部分芳香族ポリアミド、例えばポリm−キシリレンアジパミド(MXD6)などであり得る。MXD6はまた遷移金属塩、例えばコバルトなどの存在下で能動的酸素捕捉成分としても働き得る。部分芳香族ポリアミドはまた炭酸損失量を低下させる受動的バリヤーとしても働き得る。別法として、そのような部分芳香族ポリアミドまたは他の高バリヤー性重合体を他の易酸化性化合物および重合体および適切には遷移金属触媒との混合物と一緒に用いることも可能である。要求される保存可能期間が6カ月未満の場合には、非常に能動的な酸素捕捉剤の混合物が低い酸素濃度をそのようなより短い保存可能期間に渡って維持するならば、そのような混合物を用いて腐敗を充分に防止することができるであろう。
Claims (13)
- 炭酸含有殺菌製品を充填する時に用いるに適したポリエステルボトルであって、充填から6カ月後に測定した時の酸素浸入量を約1ppm以下に制限する少なくとも1種の酸素捕捉成分および充填から6カ月後に測定した時の炭酸損失量を約25%未満に制限する少なくとも1種の受動的成分を含有して成るボトル。
- 充填から1カ月後に測定した時の酸素浸入量が約0.02ppm以下である請求項1記載のボトル。
- 前記酸素捕捉成分がアリル水素、ベンジル水素およびエーテル基から成る群より選択される少なくとも1員を含有して成る請求項1記載のボトル。
- 前記受動的成分がエチレンビニルアルコール、ポリグリコール酸および部分芳香族ナイロンから成る群より選択される請求項1記載のボトル。
- 更に遷移金属触媒も含有して成る請求項3記載のボトル。
- 更にイオン性相溶剤も含有して成る請求項5記載のボトル。
- 方法であって、
a)充填から6カ月後に測定した時の酸素浸入量を約1ppm以下に制限する少なくとも1種の酸素捕捉成分および充填から6カ月後に測定した時の炭酸損失量を約25%未満に制限する受動的成分を含有して成るポリエステルボトルを成形し、そして
b)前記ポリエステルボトルに炭酸含有殺菌製品を充填する、
ことを含んで成る方法。 - 充填から1カ月後に測定した時の酸素浸入量が約0.02ppm以下である請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記酸素捕捉成分がアリル水素、ベンジル水素およびエーテル基から成る群より選択した少なくとも1員を含有して成る請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記受動的成分をエチレンビニルアルコール、ポリグリコール酸および部分芳香族ナイロンから成る群より選択する請求項7記載の方法。
- 更に遷移金属触媒も含有させる請求項9記載の方法。
- 更にイオン性相溶剤も含有させる請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記炭酸含有殺菌製品がジュースおよびビールから成る群より選択される請求項7記載の方法。
