Claims (8)
- 電圧制御型の方法で調節可能な発振周波数を有する発振器であって、
端子(G)で負性入力抵抗を示している能動素子(10)、
前記負性入力抵抗を示している前記能動素子(10)の前記端子(G)と連結した発振回路(18a、18b;18)、および、
電圧制御型の方法で調節可能なオーム抵抗を有する素子(20)であって、それにより前記発振器の前記発振周波数を連続的に調節できる素子、を含むこと、を特徴とする、発振器。 - 前記発振回路(18a、18b)の前記インピーダンスを、調節可能なオーム抵抗(20)を有する前記素子によって調節できること、を特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発振器。
- 前記発振回路(18a、18b)が、共振器線路を含み、振動生成のために有効な前記共振器線路(18a、18b)の長さは、調節可能なオーム抵抗を有する前記素子(20)によって調節可能であること、を特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の発振器。
- 調節可能なオーム抵抗を有する前記素子(20)が、前記共振器線路(18a、18b)のタップ(24)と基準電位との間に接続されること、を特徴とする、請求項3に記載の発振器。
- 調節可能なオーム抵抗を有する前記素子(20)が、前記共振器線路の部分(18a、18b)の間に直列に接続されること、を特徴とする、請求項3に記載の発振器。
- 前記負性入力抵抗を示すために前記能動素子(10)と連結した、回路構造(12a、12b)の前記インピーダンスは、調節可能なオーム抵抗を有する前記素子(20)によって調節可能であること、を特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の発振器。
- 調節可能なオーム抵抗を有する前記素子(20)がトランジスタを含むこと、を特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の発振器。
- 調節可能なオーム抵抗を有する前記素子(20)がそれらの間で切り換えることができる2つの状態を含むこと、を特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の発振器。
