Claims (13)
- プレート熱交換器(100)のための熱交換器プレート(1)であって、この熱交換器プレート(1)は、
複数のポート(8,9,10,11)と、
複数の分配領域(12)と、
複数の断熱領域(14,15)と、
熱伝達領域(13)と、
前記複数のポート(8,9,10,11)及び前記領域(12,13,14,15)の外側に延びたエッジ領域(16)とを具備し、
この熱交換器プレート(1)は、前記領域(12,13,14,15)の外側で、かつ前記複数のポート(8,9,10,11)の周りで、前記エッジ領域(16)に延びているガスケット溝(20)を有し、
前記ガスケット溝(20)は、前記プレート熱交換器(100)の隣接している熱交換器プレート(1)に対して当接部を密閉するためのガスケット(30)を収容する、熱交換器プレート(1)において、
前記ガスケット溝(20)は、前記熱伝達領域(13)の両側に沿って、前記熱伝達領域(13)の少なくとも1つの凹部(40)を有し、
前記凹部(40)は、クリップ留めタブ(41)が前記凹部(40)のところでこの熱交換器プレート(1)の前記エッジ領域(16)に固定されることを可能にすることを特徴とする熱交換器プレート(1)。 - 前記熱伝達領域(13)の両側に沿った前記凹部(40)は、対応する位置に配置されている請求項1の熱交換器プレート。
- 前記熱伝達領域(13)の両側に沿った前記凹部(40)は、互いに対して等間隔で配置されている請求項2の熱交換器プレート。
- 前記熱伝達領域(13)の両側に沿った前記凹部(40)は、水平中心線(C)に対して等間隔で配置されている請求項2の熱交換器プレート。
- 前記エッジ領域(16)は、前記熱伝達領域(13)に沿った前記凹部(40)のところで前記熱伝達領域(13)に沿った残りのエッジ領域(16)よりも幅広い請求項1ないし3のいずれか1の熱交換器プレート。
- 前記凹部(40)には、前記クリップ留めタブ(41)が前記凹部(40)の2つの異なる位置(42,43)に交互に受けられることを可能にするために、上側クリップ留めタブ位置(43)及び下側クリップ留めタブ位置(42)が設けられている請求項1ないし5のいずれか1の熱交換器プレート。
- 2つの熱交換器プレート(1)が、カセットを形成するために1対として互いに永久的に接合される請求項1ないし6のいずれか1の熱交換器プレート。
- 前記カセットは、前記プレート熱交換器(100)の隣接しているカセットに対して当接部を密閉するために、カセットの間に配置された複数のガスケット(30)を有する請求項7の熱交換器プレート。
- 熱交換器プレート(1)が、前記カセットを形成するために、溶接によって互いに接合される請求項7又は8の熱交換器プレート。
- 請求項1ないし9のいずれか1の熱交換器プレート(1)のためのガスケット(30)において、
このガスケット(30)には、前記ガスケット溝(20)の前記凹部(40)のところでこのガスケット(30)を前記熱交換器プレート(1)に固定するクリップ留めタブ(41)が設けられており、また、前記熱交換器プレート(1)の前記ポート(8,9,10,11)に近い前記熱交換器プレート(1)にこのガスケット(30)を固定するためのクリップ留めタブ(41)が設けられているガスケット(30)。 - 前記クリップ留めタブ(41)は、前記熱交換器プレート(1)の両側の対応する凹部(40)に、それぞれ、前記上側クリップ留めタブ位置及び下側クリップ留めタブ位置(43)で交互に受けられるように配置されている請求項10のガスケット。
- このガスケット(30)は、ゴム又は高分子材料でできている請求項10又は11のガスケット(30)。
- 熱交換器プレート(1)のパッケージ(2)と、
請求項1ないし12のいずれか1のガスケット(30)とを具備するプレート熱交換器(100)。
