Abstract
Description
非水電解質の製造
エチレンカーボネート(EC):エチルメチルカーボネート(EMC)=3:7(体積比)の組成を有する有機溶媒に、LiPF6を1M濃度になるように溶解した後、前記溶液に下記化学式3のジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート及びトリプロピルボレートを、非水電解質の総重量を基準にそれぞれ0.5重量%及び0.1重量%添加して非水電解質を製造した。
正極としてLiCoO2、負極として人造黒鉛、負極バインダーとしてSBRを使用して電極を製造した後、上記の方法で用意した非水電解質を注入する通常の方法でバイセル構造のパウチ型電池を製造した。
トリプロピルボレートの代わりにトリプロピルボランを使用したことを除き、実施例1と同様の方法で非水電解質及びリチウム二次電池を製造した。
ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレートの代わりにネオペンチルグリコールジメタクリレートを使用したことを除き、実施例1と同様の方法で非水電解質及びリチウム二次電池を製造した。
ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレートの代わりにジペンタエリスリトールペンタアクリレートを使用したことを除き、実施例1と同様の方法で非水電解質及びリチウム二次電池を製造した。
トリプロピルボレートを添加しないことを除き、実施例1と同様の方法で非水電解質及びリチウム二次電池を製造した。
トリプロピルボランを添加しないことを除き、実施例3と同様の方法で非水電解質及びリチウム二次電池を製造した。
ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレートを添加しないことを除き、実施例1と同様の方法で非水電解質及びリチウム二次電池を製造した。
ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレートを添加しないことを除き、実施例2と同様の方法で非水電解質及びリチウム二次電池を製造した。
トリプロピルボレートを添加しないことを除き、実施例4と同様の方法で非水電解質及びリチウム二次電池を製造した。
トリプロピルボレートを添加しないことを除き、実施例5と同様の方法で非水電解質及びリチウム二次電池を製造した。
ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート及びトリプロピルボレートを添加しないことを除き、実施例1と同様の方法で非水電解質及びリチウム二次電池を製造した。
実施例1及び比較例1による電池を0.1Cで充電した後、負極を脱離してXPSで表面分析を行い、その結果を図1に示した。
Claims (12)
- 電解質塩及び有機溶媒を含むリチウム二次電池用非水電解質であって、
前記非水電解質が、
(a)官能基を2つ以上含み、前記官能基のうち少なくとも1つはアクリル基である多官能性化合物と、
(b)ボラン化合物、ボレート化合物及びこれらの混合物からなる群より選択されたいずれか一種の陰イオン受容体とを含むことを特徴とする、リチウム二次電池用非水電解質。 - 前記多官能性化合物が、2つ以上のアクリル基を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用非水電解質。
- 前記多官能性化合物が、テトラエチレングリコールジアクリレート、分子量が50ないし20,000のポリエチレングリコールジアクリレート、分子量が100ないし10,000のビスフェノールAエトキシレートジアクリレート、1,4‐ブタンジオールジアクリレート、1,6‐ヘキサンジオールジアクリレート、ネオペンチルグリコールジメタクリレート、トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート、ジトリメチロールプロパンテトラアクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールペンタアクリレート及びトリス[2‐(アクリロイルオキシ)エチル]イソシアヌレートからなる群より選択されたいずれか一種またはこれらのうち二種以上の混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のリチウム二次電池用非水電解質。
- 前記(a)成分及び(b)成分の含量が、非水電解質の総重量を基準にそれぞれ0.05ないし10重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用非水電解質。
- 前記電解質塩が、リチウム塩であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用非水電解質。
- 前記リチウム塩が、LiPF6、LiBF4、LiSbF6、LiAsF6、LiClO4、LiN(C2F5SO2)2、LiN(CF3SO2)2、CF3SO3Li 、LiC(CF3SO2)3、LiC4BO8からなる群より選択されたいずれか一種またはこれらのうち二種以上の混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のリチウム二次電池用非水電解質。
- 前記有機溶媒が、エチレンカーボネート、プロピレンカーボネート、ブチレンカーボネート及びフルオロエチレンカーボネートからなる群より選択された環状カーボネート、ジエチルカーボネート、ジメチルカーボネート、エチルメチルカーボネート、ジプロピルカーボネート及びメチルプロピルカーボネートからなる群より選択された線状カーボネート、またはこれらの混合物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用非水電解質。
- 負極と、正極と、及び非水電解質とを備えてなる、リチウム二次電池であって、
前記非水電解質が、請求項1〜10のうちいずれか一項に記載のリチウム二次電池用非水電解質であることを特徴とする、リチウム二次電池。 - 前記負極が、水系バインダーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記水系バインダーが、スチレン‐ブタジエンラバーであることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のリチウム二次電池。
