Claims (5)
- バーナー装置において、
第1の縦の内腔を有する第1のパイプ、
第2の縦の内腔を有する第2のパイプであって、該第2のパイプと前記第1のパイプとの間に環状空間が画成されるように、前記第1の縦の内腔内に配置された該第2のパイプ、および
前記第2のパイプの先端に形成されたノズルであって、該ノズルは、それの内部に形成された複数の側孔を備え、該側孔は、前記ノズルの縦方向軸線に対して外方へ傾斜しており、かつ前記第2の縦の内腔と連通しているノズル、
を備えたバーナー装置。 - 前記複数の側孔のそれぞれは、前記ノズルの縦方向軸線に対して、25°から65°までの範囲内の角度をもって外方へ傾斜してなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバーナー装置。
- 前記ノズルは、それの内部に形成された中心孔をさらに備え、該中心孔は前記第2の縦の内腔と連通してなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバーナー装置。
- 前記複数の側孔が前記ノズルの中心の周りに分布せしめられてなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバーナー装置。
- 浸漬燃焼溶融装置であって、
溶融状態の溜まりを収容するための溶融室を備え、該溶融室はそれの壁に形成されたオリフィス、および
該オリフィスに位置決めされて前記溶融室内へ火炎を注入するバーナー、
を備え、該バーナーは、
第1の縦の内腔を有する第1のパイプ、
第2の縦の内腔を有する第2のパイプであって、該第2のパイプと前記第1のパイプとの間に環状空間が画成されるように、前記第1の縦方向の内腔内に配置された第2のパイプ、および
前記第2のパイプの先端に形成されたノズルであって、該ノズルは、それの内部に形成された複数の側孔を備え、該側孔は、前記ノズルの縦方向軸線に対して外方へ傾斜しており、かつ前記第2の縦の内腔と連通しているノズル、
を備えたことを特徴とする浸漬燃焼溶融装置。
