Claims (9)
- 上端部及び底端部を有する中空の中央管;
前記中央管を通して第1のガスを送達し、前記中央管の前記上端部から排出するための、前記中央管の内部と連通する第1のガス供給ライン;
前記中央管の周りに同心状に設置されて、前記中央管と外管との間に環状空間を形成する中空の外管であって、底端部と、前記中央管の前記上端部に隣接する上端部とを有する外管;
前記外管を通して第2のガスを送達し、前記外管の上側端部から排出することにより、前記第1のガスと混合及び燃焼させるための、前記環状空間と連通する第2のガス供給ライン;
前記中央管の上端部に取り付けられることにより、前記外管の内側に設置された旋回誘導部材であって、前記第1のガス及び前記第2のガスのうちの対応する1つが、前記中央管及び前記外管のうちの対応する1つを出る際に、前記ガスを旋回させるためのものである、旋回誘導部材を備え、
前記外管の内周面が、収束して前記外管の前記上端部に接近し、前記第2のガスが前記外管を出る際に前記第2のガスの前記旋回を加速させる、液中燃焼溶融のためのバーナ。 - 前記旋回誘導部材が螺旋羽根から構成される、請求項1に記載のバーナ。
- 前記螺旋羽根の外端部が前記外管の前記上端部の内周面に対応して収束する収束部またはテーパを有する、請求項2に記載のバーナ。
- 前記収束部分が前記外管に一体的に形成されている、請求項3に記載のバーナ。
- 前記外管が、上側収束円錐台形部分を有する前記円筒状シュラウドを前記外管の上端部に備え、前記上側収束円錐台形部分の内周面が前記収束部分を形成する、請求項3に記載のバーナ。
- 前記中央管の前記上端部上のノズルであって、該ノズルを通過する複数のガス排出口が前記中央管の内部と連通するものである、ノズルを更に備える、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のバーナ。
- 前記複数のガス排出口は、前記中央管の長手方向軸に対して25°〜65°の範囲の角度で外側に傾斜している、請求項6に記載のバーナ。
- 前記複数のガス排出口は、前記中央管の前記長手方向軸の周りに環状に配設され、かつ、各々の前記ガス排出口が、当該ガス排出口の配設された位置で前記環に対して接する方向および前記中央管の中心軸から離れる方向の両方向の垂直線に対して傾斜している、請求項6又は7に記載のバーナ。
- 前記複数のガス排出口は、前記中央管の前記長手方向軸の周りに環状に配設され、各々の前記ガス排出口に通じるガス排出通路が、前記螺旋羽根によって形成される螺旋経路に沿って形成される、請求項6又は7に記載のバーナ。
