Description
Claims (9)
- アミンとホスゲンを場合により不活性媒体の存在下において気相で反応させることによりイソシアネートを製造する方法において、
初めにアミンとホスゲンを混合して反応器内でイソシアネートに変換し、液体急冷媒体を添加することによって反応器を急冷状態として、イソシアネートと塩化水素を含む反応ガスを冷却することで反応ガスと急冷媒体との混合物を得る方法であって、
上記液体急冷媒体の添加は、急冷中に確立される反応ガスと急冷媒体との混合物の温度が、急冷中に存在する反応ガスの露点を上回る量で行われることを特徴とする方法。 - アミン及びホスゲンを、気体の状態で添加する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記急冷媒体を、少なくとも1つのノズルを用いて添加する請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 上記急冷媒体が、任意にハロゲンで置換された炭化水素である請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 上記急冷媒体が、
モノクロロベンゼン、ジクロロベンゼン、トリクロロベンゼン、ヘキサン、ベンゼン、1,3,5−トリメチルベンゼン、ニトロベンゼン、アニソール、クロロトルエン、o−ジクロロベンゼン、ジエチルイソフタレート、テトラヒドロフラン、ジメチルホルムアミド、キシレン、クロロナフタレン、デカヒドロナフタレン、及びトルエンからなる群から選択される請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の方法。 - 上記急冷の後に、反応ガスを冷却するための他の複数の段階が存在する請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 上記急冷の後に反応ガスを冷却するための前記複数段階の内の少なくとも1つが、凝縮装置である請求項6の記載の方法。
- 反応ガスと急冷媒体の混合物を、急冷を終えた後の分離段階に送る請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 分離段階が、蒸留カラム又はスクラバーである請求項8に記載の方法。
