Claims (12)
- 第1電力信号を生成するように構成された電源を保持するベースと、
食品を調製する食品調製容器であって、前記第1電力信号により誘導される第2電力信号を受信するように構成された整流回路を保持する食品調製容器と、
前記食品調製容器により保持され、前記食品調製容器に電気的に接続された整流回路と、を備え、
前記整流回路が前記第2電力信号を受信すると、前記整流回路は、前記第2電力信号からリプルを含む整流AC電流信号を生成し、該リプルを含む整流AC電流信号を前記食品調製容器に供給し、前記食品調製容器に収容された食品による吸収に利用可能な電子の還元環境を形成することを特徴とする食品調製装置。 - 前記第1電力信号は、矩形波を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の食品調製装置。
- 前記整流回路は、
コイルと、
前記コイルの一端と直列に配置されたショットキーダイオードと、
前記コイル及び前記ショットキーダイオードと並列に配置されたコンデンサであって、前記ショットキーダイオードのカソードが前記コンデンサに接続されて第1ノードを形成し、前記コイルと前記コンデンサとの接続により第2ノードが形成される、コンデンサと、
を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の食品調製装置。 - 前記並列に配置されたコンデンサの出力に接続され、前記食品調製容器に伝送される電流の大きさを制御する電流レギュレータをさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の食品調製装置。
- 前記電流レギュレータの出力に接続された第1接続点と、
前記第2ノードに接続された第2接続点と、をさらに備え、
前記第1接続点及び第2接続点は、前記容器に電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の食品調製装置。 - 食品を調製する導電性容器を与えるステップであって、前記容器は、前記容器に電気的に接続された第1接続点及び第2接続点を有する整流回路を含み、該整流回路は、高周波AC信号をリプルを含む整流AC電流に変換する、ステップと、
前記リプルを含む整流AC電流を、前記第1接続点と前記第2接続点との間に供給し、食品による吸収に利用可能な電子の還元環境を形成するステップと、
を備えたことを特徴とする食品調製方法。 - 前記第1接続点に接続された前記リプルを含む整流AC電流の大きさを制御し、前記供給ステップでの食品による吸収に望ましいレベルの利用可能な電子を有する還元環境を形成するステップをさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 誘導加熱器具とともに使用するための食品調製装置であって、
食品を調製する容器であって、導電体を有し、前記受電面は該受電面上に配置された絶縁被覆を保持する、容器と、
前記導電体に電気的に接続された整流回路と、
前記被覆内に埋設された第1配線部であって、各端が前記整流回路に接続された第1配線部と、
前記被覆内に埋設された第2配線部であって、一端が前記第1配線部に接続され、他端が前記整流回路に接続された第2配線部と、を備え、
前記整流回路は、前記誘導加熱器具により前記第1配線部で誘導される電流を、リプルを含む整流AC電流へと変換し、該リプルを含む整流AC電流は前記整流回路により前記導電体に供給され、前記食品調製容器に収容された食品による吸収のために利用可能な電子の還元環境を形成することを特徴とする食品調製装置。 - 前記整流回路は、前記導電体と一体であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の食品調製システム。
- 前記第1配線部は、実質的にループを構成することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の食品調製システム。
- 前記整流回路は、
前記第1配線部の各端に接続されたブリッジ整流器と、
前記ブリッジ整流器の出力と前記第2配線部とに接続された電圧レギュレータと、
前記電圧レギュレータの出力に接続された電流レギュレータと、を備え、
前記電流レギュレータは、前記リプルを含む整流AC電流を前記導電体へ供給することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の食品調製システム。 - 前記電圧レギュレータに接続され、前記器が前記誘導加熱器具から電力を受信しないときにエネルギーを蓄えるコンデンサをさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の食品調製システム。
