Abstract

- 前記第1の電気アーク発生器及び前記第2の電気アーク発生器のそれぞれは、電圧パルス発生器に接続される少なくとも1つの電極を有する、請求項28に記載の弁形成システム。

- 弁尖と弁輪とを有する弁を治療するための弁形成システムであって、
前記弁尖に隣接して前記弁輪の中に配置される、流体により膨張可能なバルーンと、
前記バルーンの中の衝撃波発生装置であって前記弁尖と前記弁輪とに作用するために前記流体を経て伝わる衝撃波を発生させる衝撃波発生装置とを含む、弁形成システム。 - 細長い管を含み、前記バルーンは前記管の端部にある、請求項33に記載の弁形成システム。
- 前記管は内腔を有し、前記バルーンは前記内腔と連通している、請求項34に記載の弁形成システム。
- 前記衝撃波発生装置は電気アーク発生器を備える、請求項35に記載の弁形成システム。
- 前記電気アーク発生器を備えかつ前記内腔の中で前記管の下方へ伸びる高電圧カテーテルを含む、請求項36に記載の弁形成システム。
- 前記電気アーク発生器は、電圧パルス発生器に接続される少なくとも1つの電極を有する、請求項36に記載の弁形成システム。

前記バルーンの中の同軸状に配置された少なくとも一対の電極を備える少なくとも1つのアーク発生器であって前記バルーンの中に機械的な衝撃波を生じさせる少なくとも1つのアーク発生器とを含む、カテーテルシステム。 - 中心導体と、該中心導体から絶縁された外側の導電性シールドとを備えるケーブルを含み、一方の電極の少なくとも一部は前記中心導体により形成され、他方の電極の少なくとも一部は前記導電性シールドにより形成されている、請求項42に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 弁尖と弁輪とを有する弁を治療するための弁形成方法であって、
前記弁尖に隣接してバルーンを配置すること、
前記バルーンを流体で膨張させること、
前記弁尖と前記弁輪とに作用するために前記流体を経て伝わる衝撃波を前記バルーンの中に発生させることを含む、弁形成方法。 - 前記バルーンの配置は、前記バルーンを前記弁尖の相対する両側に配置することにより行う、請求項44に記載の弁形成方法。
- 前記バルーンの配置は、前記バルーンを前記弁輪の中に配置することにより行う、請求項44に記載の弁形成方法。
